Have a 24 hour airport shuttle that took 30 mins to come for pickup even though they're <5 mins away

I wish you had at least one pillow that is thin and soft. On the third floor the temperature is very warm. I’m glad the AC unit was adjustable.

This is a good hotel for flights in an out of PDX. The hotel shuttle runs 24/7, and the terminals are only 5 minutes away. Our room was clean and comfortable, but the carpet in our room exuded a stale odor.
The staff, on check-in and check-out, was welcoming and professional.
Note that there is a modest charge for parking.
We would happily stay here again in future.

We ran the Hood to Coast, and Sean - the manager was so nice to let us have a late check-out so that we could come back and take a shower after our first run. This was super appreciated. All the staff there were very nice@

It’s perfect for one night for early flights. Bedding is good. Bathroom and ceilings need updating.
Have stayed here before and will again. Consider economical hotel nothing luxury. Staff was willing to move us we requested a different room after check in

Very comfortable stay! I loved that the TV had a personal welcome on it when I walked into my room. Bed was very comfy, room was nice and clean. Staff was very helpful and nice and the breakfast was fantastic. Parking was great, a lot of spaces and seemed secure. I requested a room with maximum views of the airplanes and I was not disappointed! I loved watching them land and take off from my window. My expectations were far exceeded. I will definitely be back!

The Staff at The Hampton worked with my stay! Due to my flight cancelations they accommodated me with the most highest consideration. I will always stay at a Hampton if it’s an option!

Staff was super helpful and they have a 24/7 airport shuttle unlike the other hotels we looked at. This was incredibly helpful since we had to be at the airport by 3:45a.
The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot and the room was clean.
