EV Charger Disconnected Mid Charge by Management Look, I get it. Its a Red Roof Inn, not the Ritz. Rooms are what you expect. But what I found to be appalling was that management had the ev charger reset in the middle of the night when they "didn't recognize my car". This was a huge breach in hospitality and EV charging etiquette. I drive a small PHEV, not a Tesla or other fully ev vehicle, meaning my car takes less than 20kwh and would have been done charging after another hour. Estimated energy for a full charge is less than $5. 1. This Red Roof, like most, is a highway travel stop. Only customers would bother parking here. There isnt much else nearby. 2. If you don't want to pay for the electricity, charge for it.

Comfy bed, good night sleep.

The appearent owners were nice but the drug addicts wandering around hotel, parking lot were unsettling. Loud music playing. Drug addicts checking doors all night. Homeless people everywhere. Room was not as described. Very shabby, rundown, filthy. I left in the middle of the night due to fear that my vehicle would be broken into.

Red Roof Inn was great. The rooms where clean, and the beds were comfortable. Close to a few places, like the gas startion, Mc Donalds, there is a great park and baseball field.

Clean place to stop for the night. Room felt old and tired, lots of small things like chip in tub, cracked a/c controls, etc. But nothing serious.

Wonderful staff, quiet area. Little bit restricted with things around the area. I stayed there for an overnight, for convenience.

I came here for a 2 night stay. My first impression was this is a very clean organized Red Roof Inn, The staff was polite and friendly. My only gripe was the room had quite a few flying bugs, I don't know what they are called they looked like small flies. I did go to the desk and ask for some spray and that cut down on them a bit. The free breakfast consisted of bagel/toast, waffles, apple/oranges, coffee/juice, just enough to put something on your stomach and get you out the door. But all in all this was a good stay at a great value. I would stay here again if ever in the need for lodging in the area.

The coffee maker in the room was dirty....There was no fresh coffee in the breakfast. Roam was okay.

I notified the front desk lady about our check out time around 12:00 noon instead of 11:00 am due to some emergency. And the lady told me that is fine and she mentioned that she will leave a note for the next shift employee. However the next shift person kept knocking our room starting at 11:00 am, my family were there in the room they told her about the late check out. When I came back yo hotel around 11:30 AM, and asked the second shift lady if she saw the late check out time or not. She was so upset at me and said “YOU CANT SATAY BEYOND 11:00 AM” She was very rude and disrespectful. So guest should know this before booking for staying in this hotel.

Price was good

I want to start out by saying that this property was very clean and a nice stay overall. If not for our toilet issue and staff issue, I would have given this hotel 5 stars. It is certainly nothing fancy, but it was clean with comfortable beds and a safe environment. It had a small Continental breakfast which was nice. My rating for this hotel drops due to the fact that our toilet was clogged. We went to the front desk and asked for maintenance, but we were told there was no maintenance person. We asked for a plunger and used it- but it never solved the problem completely. The young staff person asked us for the plunger back, but I told her that we either needed to keep the plunger for every flush or we needed a maintenance person to fix the problem. I also inquired about a different room but she told me that they were all booked. Interestingly enough, many families had not checked in yet so we should have been switched as there was always the chance that there would be a no show. The staff person eventually conceded and allowed us to keep the plunger in our room. The next morning, the manager was in and we told him about the toilet issue. He was very kind and offered to refund us our money. I did not want the refund- after all, we made it work, but I was grateful for the offer regardless. I was disappointed with how the staff handled our situation, at the very least, she should have called the manager. Nice hotel all around but be aware, there is no maintenance person availa.

The owner which I think is a lady very polite and very convenient to get to for anything your room need very clean good breakfast in morning for kids and adults

Passing through to the Jersey Shore ….it’s was a great place to stay, clean room, comfortable beds, nice shower and great staff providing easy hassle free check in and check out.

The building looks old and the room is humid.

This is a nicely run and kept Red Roof. I will stay here again when in Binghamton.

Ev chargers doesn’t work

Location is great and staff was very helpful.

Room was suppose to be smoke free but was definitely smoked in. And child’s bed had an opened bottle of beer in it.

The disappointing part - some guests just let their doors slam shut. This went on until 3 am. Doors could use some soundproofing. Front desk person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.

At check in staff on phone while we waited, started helping us, then stopped to take another call. Other than that she was helpful. While room seemed clean, the furniture in room was dated and scuffed up. Bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine taking off! Overall - safe and ok for the night.

I had no expectations. It was a very nice place. The area is nice and staff is polite and helpful.

Too noisy very bed experienced， The room opposite was too noisy, and kept going in and out and slam there door we couldn’t even sleep all night
