Located in a large business area and close to highway for quick stop while traveling. No issues and comfortable.

Very comfortable stay

Loved my stay. Was hoping for a late check out, but life happens. Real nice place

Though there was a challenge with a tech outage, check-in, room assignments, & having personnel open our door so we could drop our luggage was handled smartly & professionally. We left for a visit, and when we returned we were given our own card keys; the app room key function did not work. Special recognition to CEE CEE at the front desk. She was attentive, informative, & hospitable. Made us feel like we were staying with a friend rather than being customers. Lovely breakfast, too. Would stay at this property again & recommend.

Very clean and good breakfast.

Remote in bedroom did not work with TV. Musty room... AC did work but on lower level with pool. Not sure of source. They did not honor my quoted rate for the exact two nights from Expedia. Cannot trust Expedia or Hampton for rates. Closet sliding door with mirror had multiple cracks. Obviously cleaning service must have noticed when if they cleaned it. Is it safe? Other items worked as expected.

The light in the bathroom did not work, had to go to the desk to ask to have it fixed, which they did. Asked for a wakeup call - never got one. Breakfast was questionable.

Overall the property was very nice, we did have an extremely loud neighbor that kept us up until 1:30 AM.

It was a very nice room and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was very happy with the staff. The bed was the only problem because it was dipping and soft in the middle.

I had a great stay here the hotel property was very well taken care of, no trash in parking areas, the rooms were big and well kept. The staff was extremely hospitable Tammy and accommodating. The property is seated in an excellent area for eating, shopping, and attractions. Most of which are in walking distance depending on the weather.

We were unable to reach the hotel by telephone so made our reservation via Hotels.com. This meant I did not receive Hilton Honors points for the stay. I was promised a room with king bed and sofa bed; the room we were assigned has no sofa and just one very uncomfortable chair. The bed was the only place to sit comfortably. Of the three Hampton Hotels were stayed in over this past weekend, this was the least satisfactory.

Hotel is extremely clean and nice, the desk clerk at check in was disinterested and cold what a bummer.

It was clean and had a nice room.

I didn't actually stay as planned. I contacted Orbitz two days beforehand and asked to ADD AN EXTRA DAY to my reservation and was informed that I could not due to it being a non-refundable booking. I told the agent I understood not being able to cancel, but not being able to add to my length of stay made no sense. He offered to contact the hotel on my behalf and I waited half an hour(!) before he came back and said Hampton was not willing to let me add a day. He asked if I wanted to cancel the reservation and I told him if I had to pay a penalty, I would just keep it and contact the hotel myself. Then he said there would be no penalty because the hotel had approved a complete refund. By this time I was rather peeved about the whole situation so I told him as long as it wasn't going to cost me, he could cancel it. And even after he said it was canceled, I continued to receive text and email reminders. (And requests like this one to review my stay. It still remains to be seen if I will get my refund or not.) The real kicker is that I went back later and it showed the same room and dates I wanted as available for a slightly lower price!

Clean and comfortable.

I will never support this company ever again. Planned a fun girl's trip and as soon as we walked into our room we were hit with a strong Marjuana smell. So bad that one of us were having breathing issues. Requested room change and was denied. Requested to rent another room and was denied. Staff did not accommodate at all and were incredibly rude. Had to move to hotel across the street 2 hours into our stay and they refused to refund, lied saying Expedia has to refund because it's third party. My sister called again to request a refund and they were disrespectful and hung up on her. Shame on you.
