The service was spotty. Our bathroom drain didn't work and we called the front desk. They never came and we had to do a makeshift and fix it ourselves.

Very large and clean room. You couldn't ask for a better location. It was a short walk to restaurants and shops.

2 out of 3 of the elevators were not operational - I think they turned them off, not that they were broken, but that for the sabbath. Every time we needed the elevator there was a line and then people packed in very dangerously with too many people. The ice maker on our floor didn't' work, there was only on chair on the balcony, no fan in the bathroom, computer down at the pool and only took cash, the AC was loud and not consistent and the property looks beat up and a bit run down. We won't stay there again.

Stayed at ocean resort for Labor Day weekend and could not be more pleased. Staff was friendly and professional, and rooms were newly renovated and very clean! Location is perfect as you can walk to any restaurant or shop. Love this resort and highly recommend it!

This place was not worth the money. The rooms are out dated, USB chargers and plugs did not work, the sliding shades had holes in them and were obviously stained/dirty. Air conditioning in our room broke.
The service was beyond disappointing (besides the front desk, they were GREAT!). Breakfast buffet was standard, but the waitress was rude/standoffish. Housekeeping forgot leftover food in the refrigerator from the previous occupant. Overall, would not return and definitely not worth the money per night.

This is a poorly maintained and grossly understaffed facility. It is clear that the owners do not invest adequately in it, believing that their location will keep them full. Very disappointing

Terrible pool service, poor bartender was by himself running around getting the drinks and food all by himself. Up charged me until i spoke to a manager who returned some money back to me for the upcharges, but my husband and i were definitely disappointed and totally not worth spending $850 for a night there, wouldn’t do it again

This place is chintzy and cheaply made. It feels like youre staying at a 2 star hotel. The experience was made all the worse by the fact that the fire alarm was broken and went off in the entire property twice in the middle of the night. The first time everyone had to go outside for more than 39 minutes at 1 am. The second time it went off at 5 am. It scared my five yo and he couldn’t go back to sleep for a long time. So even at the most basic level— getting a good night sleep wasn’t possible.

this is a very pricey hotel for the jersey shore, with that said, it had everything and more! very clean, convenient and lots of amenities. I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was good. Issue with air conditioner and we had to move rooms. Manager was accommodating and gave us a breakfast voucher but wish the place was a bit more up to date. Outdoor jacuzzi did not work during our stay in mid August

We had a great stay here! This was our 8th or 9th year here and hands down, tgis year was best stay ever! Starting wuth the renovated rooms, they were bright and airy with an awesome view! The hotel and grounds were spotless! The breakfast buffett was delicious as always. Our dinner in the Seaview was delicious and reasonable. Our lunch at Tils was awesome, great selection, had the Mahi tacos. All of our requests were graciously met. Loved the happy hour at the Tiki bar, all day Sunday and 4 to 7 Monday through Friday! Much better than the outrageous prices on Sarurday night

I found that the breakfast buffet was overpriced at $25 per adult and the baked goods and bagels were stale .
The coffee cup was dirty one morning and one evening the restaurant floor and window sills ( table next to window) were very dirty. Dinner was delicious but the uncleanliness if the restaurant overshadowed the quality of the food .

The hotel was not an extravagantly glamorous, and it definitely had a resort feel to it. Was looking a little outdated, but it have been suited to looked decent.
Rooms were very basic in the amenities, rooms felt very simple, no refrigerator, or music of anything in the room.
The views of the ocean were great, but it was not close enough to see more of the oceanfront due to the beachfront and boardwalk taking the space.
It had a Tiki bar which was the highlight of the day, indoor dining, an outdoor DJ during the daytime, and ample parking space to park the vehicle.
Overall, the price of the rooms were not worth, but expected for the area where the hotel is located. Everything close the beach is expensive to the oceanfront property.

Convenient property by pier village and direct access to the beach. Hotel is clean and parking is free. Gym is outdated and probably should not be next to the indoor pool (humidity). They charge early and late check in fee.

Very impressed with the property. I was very unhappy with the required "bar bracelet" for the outside bar. I went to the pool bar and didn't need it, and didn't really understand why I would have to go through standing in line for another bracelet when I have one as a hotel guest. I felt the plastic bracelets were sub par for a hotel that boasts such luxury. Also, I had called the day before and was put in the system for an early check in. We arrived at 2:30 and our room wasn't ready. When we returned to check in at 4, our room wasn't ready then either. Marco was very nice, but we had early dinner reservations, and were late because we needed that extra time to get ready. The stay felt rushed and restrictive.
The solo artist playing live music outside was amazing!!!

First I want to say Nancy in the Spa was fantastic and I had the best manicure!!
The front desk didn't smile, say hello or welcome when we arrived.
The 12-14 year old (YOUNG) lifeguard was on his phone the entire time until he was thowing balls from the middle of the pool to his friends. There was garbage alL round the pool as well.
I feel for the room rates; we paid 1350 for 2 nights, things would have been a lot nicer.

This place is pure heaven! Right on the beach and boardwalk. This walking distance from Pier Village and all the restaurants and shops. Your stay includes beach access, chairs and umbrellas. Parking is also included. You can have up to two guests that can enjoy all the amenities as well.

They renovated the property and the See vice was great as well. The new showers have really weak water pressure that goes in and out as other guests shower. Felt like I was under a tap for hours. That could be improved.
