Great room & lobby were very pretty. What would be great is if you included makeup removal wipes & add stamps your custimers can purchase from the front desk so we can mail the post cards you provide for your guests.

Very pleasant staff-from check in front desk staff to the cleaning staff, everyone I dealt with was approachable, friendly and helpful.

Clean, comfortable room. Easy to find - nice and quiet. Medley restaurant downstairs is awesome!

It was good but was told there was a hot tub and when checked in they said it was permanently closed

We were very happy with our stay at Holiday Inn in North Vancouver. I was pleasantly surprised by the building and the rooms. Even though it is next to a very busy road, the noise is practically non existent and our room was facing the road. The hotel itself is older but in great condition. The lobby is bright and welcoming, the staff were very friendly, and parking was easy and free! The rooms were a bit dated but the beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in in quite some time. The bathroom had everything we needed, including a pull out clothes line in the shower which was great for hanging wet bathing suits or rain soaked jackets to dry. The property was central to everything we wanted to visit in the area. There were also 3 Tim Hortons within a 3 minute drive and a grocery store 2 mins away. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Vancouver.

I think you need some EV charging stations!

Front desk workers were so nice and helpful! You can tell one of the workers were tired and over worked but she was still so kind and helping. Our room was spacious and comfy.
