The hotel has some nice amenities but needs some upgrades. The shower rods had rust on them. the bathroom door badly needs sanding and painting. $60 for parking in the Hampton parking garage is excessive - it should be free. The various pools are nice but need more regular cleaning as they had dirt in the bottom. The beds were comfortable, although a bit soft (personal preference). The rooms were quiet. Breakfast was good, although they ran low on basics like coffee the first 2 days and ran out of oatmeal 3 out of 4 days. The wi-fi was spotty at best when outdoors near the pools. We would go again as the rooms were clean and all the linens were clean. Overall need some upgrades.

The pools water were very cold

This was absolutely an amazing stay. People were, the best! I mean from the sign in, to the sign out.The room, the view, the location, the beach and the food, it was all perfect. I have stayed at Hampton Inns all across the USA but this was the best, hands down!

A few things happened, but the mgr tried to make it right with a credit back to my card. I thought that was nice. I will still go back again

Great experience, loved the hotel! However, I think it should be listed on here that parking is not free at the hotel. Other than that, I had no qualms.

We arrived in the evening, the kindest lady Tristin helped us to check in. She gave us nice big room to accommodate my family. She was so professional and beautiful. The hotel is right by the Beach over the hotel is nice the staff all are helpful and friendly . Nearby restaurant Villa Roman Italian is the one of the best. We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend.

We had oceanfront balcony so it was great. The conditioner in the bathroom was empty and the cleaning supplies used were very strong. Otherwise we had a great time.

We recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate our 85-year-old father's birthday. The manager, Kailey, who was recommended by my cousin, was incredibly efficient, sweet, and helpful. We loved the ambiance and cleanliness of the hotel. The beach was lovely as well.

We love staying at Hampton INN at Myrtle Beach. It is right on the beach. We always have a good time. Breakfast is delicious but always busy. Hotel is nice but more expensive per night than any hotel we've stayed at.

All were very nice. My Grand girls enjoyed there stay, that made the stay great!

The hotel charge me twice

We had an enjoyable stay. We were on the 12th floor on the ocean side. Great balcony overlooking the beach. It rained a bit each day we were there, but we were even able to sit on the balcony during the rain. We enjoyed the restaurant/bar in the evenings. Breakfast was typically quite crowded so we opted to eat that meal elsewhere, but there is a pancake house on nearly every block of Myrtle Beach so there's plenty to pick from!

Amazing experience!

Check in experience: the woman called Hannah checking us in didn’t answer any questions about services and financials, and when asked, just smiled at us as if we were asking for too much by asking about our rooms and services. Completely unprofessional and just plain weird, what kind of drug addled brains are they hiring? Housekeeping: they don’t have room service everyday, they won’t replace your towels, they won’t fill your soap and shampoo, they won’t change your bedsheets everyday, they won’t clean your room everyday. They will say they do it everyday 2 days, but even then, if you leave your room at 10am to go to the beach, call and request for housekeeping (after 3 days of being there) once at 10 am and again at 1pm, your room still won’t be cleaned by 4:30pm. Then, when you call the front desk at 4:30pm, they’ll put you on an indefinite hold while housekeeping knocks at the door (knowing they messed up). When the housekeeping person walks in, she asks with an attitude “what u need, towels? Bed? Cleaning?” And you reply with “everything”, she will literally roll her eyes at you as she starts to do her job. (I shouldn’t have tipped her at all) Breakfast: good luck. Terrible planning in the layout, shoddy supplies and half the things seemed burnt/stale. They used to have 2 breakfast areas and have replaced one with a crappy restaurant that has limited timing for more profit. Whole place has gone completely downhill, save your money, don’t visit.

Our stay was highly satisfactory. The accommodations were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the ocean view was breathtaking. The room was pleasantly quiet, contributing to a peaceful and restful stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would confidently recommend this establishment to others seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Off hour food options difficult without a car.

Pam, not exactly what she does there besides being awesome and super helpful, would be the number one reason to come back. The only downfall would be the neighborhood after dark gets kinda sketchy. But the staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel room was very nice and clean. Was issue in the bed room with no cable and also could hear other rooms close and open there doors at night. But overall a nice time in a nice hotel

Property had great pools , the food was limited from a couple places but good overall. Most of the staff was nice- Angie at the front desk was a favorite and a younger waiter in the lobby dining restaurant stood out the most. Ubers and cabs always available! Definitely a family/ kid hotel.

The inside of hotel was amazing but there's no hotel access to the beach after 10 they make you go down the side of building and if you up at 2 am there's a lot of homeless around there outside is nasty there was homeless sleeping in there parking deck no security to make you feel safe so walking to the beach after midnight you better protect yourself

My husband and I loved everything about oir stay at this property. We will be returning to Myrtle Beach at a later time and will stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Ocean front.
