VILLA WITH PANORAMIC VIEWS ON THE FLOOR OF 'CASTELLAMMARE DEL GOLFO' WIFI FREE !!!
La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile, la distanza dal mare è di circa 700/900 metri, dalla nostra casa si può godere di un panorama mozzafiato del Golfo di Castellammare e di tutta la montagna di Inici (vedi foto) le dotazioni sono: parcheggio interno, girdino, barbercue, Tv, aria condizionata, lavatrice, due bagni con doccia, stoviglie, piatti, bicchieri, pentole, la casa viene fornita sempre di lenzuola, tovaglie, coperte pulite, possibilità di culla per bambini piccoli e tutto l'occorrente per una permanenza piacevole e rilassante nella nostra bellissima terra ricca di meraviglie dal mare , alle strutture storiche e culturali, posti ancora intatti come La riserva naturale dello Zingaro, Scopello, ''Castellammare del golfo'' con il suo meraviglioso porto turistico, San Vito lo capo a pochi km, Segesta con i suoi Tempi splendidi, ''l'Orto Botanico'' a Palermo, le ''Saline di Trapani'', ''Scala dei turchi'' e tanti meravigliosi posti tutti a pochi km. Non esitate a contattarci siamo a disposizione per qualsiasi informazione. :-)

We enjoyed our stay, the location of the home was great. Easy access to the beach, city and shopping. The view from the balcony was amazing! What a wonderful way to start each day. Home was spacious and perfect for my family of 5.

We spend a full week as a group of 9 adults in Davide’s house, in the beginning of May. The space for us was the floor you reach when going up the outside stairs (above the ground floor) of the house, it is spacious and clean, large kitchen area and table that fitted all of us.
As mentioned in other comments, the small downside is that there are no basics for cooking or cleaning in the house (salt, pepper, dish soap, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, clothespins…) so we had to buy everything. But other than that, the house is well equipped, large pots and pans matching the amount of people that the house can fit, washing machine is a plus, and having bedsheets and bath towels provided is really convenient when you only have a carry-on.
We had 2 cars and having them inside the property, inside a gate that locks, is great.
The view from the terrace is amazing, and the surroundings are quiets. Alcamo Marina is a great location and starting point to discover the north-east part of Sicily, the freeway is not far from the house.
Davide showed up at the house (ground floor) a few times, but respected our privacy, we chatted briefly and he is very nice. He also was very responsive to messages, he arranged last minute our check-in earlier than originally planned, and he also came right away when we had a small technical issue with hot water. Thanks again for everything !

A large villa (in fact apartment on 1st floor)
Best: large rooms, beds comfortable, sunny terrasse, outstanding sea and mountain views, great location with so many beautiful visits within 45min drive, next to the highway without any disturbance
Watch out: can be noisy (opera practice on 2nd floor every evening, strong winds hitting windows), car strongly recommend

We have stayed on this villa for 10 days - it was a really perfect time. Villa has good location (about 5 minutes by car from the beach) and a perfect view on the see from one side and on mountains from the other. We stayed on the first floor with spacious kitchen and a lot of bedrooms. As we were 4, we had the opportunity to chose the bedrooms :)
Villa also is situated not far from very pittoresque Castellamare del Golfo with local shopping and tasty restaurants. And there are a lot of monuments around this place (in a half an hour on the car)
Davide is a VERY VERY kind and nice host - we still remember his welcome vines from the coin. Also we are grateful to him for almost emergency reaction on any troubles we got and of course for Wi-Fi - it was a very very useful thing at the moment.

Really nice property, with a fantastic view. I would recommend to have a car to access shop commodities and the sea.

"Everything was perfect. Nice people, nice views fron the verenda and nice surroundings, especially Elice. You have to take the car to go to the beach but it is the price to have a magnificent view and good winds."

"Beautiful place with a superbe view on the see, the house is very comfortable and very well equiped. The owner and his wife have been really helpful to us in putting in place a little baby bed."
