No shuttle service between 10am to 5pm...very poor scheduling. The sofa bed sinks a lot..couldn't sleep on it.

Staff need training for when fire alarms go off. Ours went off(ended up being someone burnt popcorn) but nothing was said to guests. We were all standing around in lobby & outside and then finally asked the two at the front desk and they let us know it wasn’t an emergency. Also, charging for parking seems like that should be included in your stay. Overall, good stay. Hotel was in good location for airport.

We had a great time an the experience was good.

They wrongly charged us for the water bottle we didn’t drink in the room. We already had plenty of water bottle so why we would use the water bottle they kept on the room for sale. It’s hard to prove so we didn’t say anything but that’s wrong.

We went to our room and our daughter found a crack pipe. We took it to the desk and they moved us to new room. That room had drugs in the safe. We reported it and had them clean it. We had to stay due to not being to leave because we arrived at night and had hospital appointments the next two days. No towels available. Broken lamps. No trash bags. Dirty sheets and floor in second room. Burns on coffee tray( in room even though no smoking is allowed). One lady working overnight was very sweet and helpful. She was excellent. Leaving one star due to misrepresentation in reviews, drugs in rooms and broken furniture/dirty room.

Great location, clean property, and free airport shuttle. Wifi did not consistently work for me throughout the entire stay. The front desk gave me a phone number to call to get help with connecting to their new server. Initially this solved the issue, but I got disconnected again. This time, the service number that I called kept disconnecting. The new lady at the front desk that I spoke to insinuated that no one else had complained about the internet and that it may just be my computer. I know this isn't true because the first staff member I spoke to mentioned them getting a new server which is why they have a service number that you call to specifically troubleshoot connectivity issues. On top of all of this I just saw that I was overcharged for a small purchase at the front desk. I would love to understand how 2 packs of Mrs Fields cookies and 2 packs of gummy bears results in a charge of more than $60. If you do not need internet and can afford to be accidentally overcharged then I highly recommend! (:

The key wasn’t working at night so we were stuck outside for 30 minutes not knowing what to do. The service was poor and didn’t enjoy the stay

Had a great stay. It was very close to the airport. Breakfast was good. Shuttle time should be available for afternoon also. Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfy.

I was happy McDonald’s was right next door and the staff was very pleasant

Our stay here was a nice experience. We spent two days at this property, which was clean and well-located, offering beautiful views from the rooms. There was plenty of car parking available, though it comes at an additional cost of $25 per day. The breakfast was generally good; while Friday's breakfast had plenty of options, Saturday's offerings were fewer, and the refills were slow.

Employees were great. The rest is terrible. It said it has a pool. Not such thing. Breakfast not good. They ran out of things early and wouldnt reestock. They charge you so many fees and $20 parking a day. So bye bye deposit. Its a ripoff. Avoid it if you can. Nothing fancy and the rooms are small. Never coming back again

Front desk was extremely helpful. I forgot a charger block and the woman working offered to let me borrow her own. I ended up buying a new one, but it was very kind. the room was very clean and welcoming. A free breakfast and shuttle to the airport are hard to beat. The driver was great and very knowledgeable about terminal drop offs.

I booked hotel last minute and hotel did not list shuttle schedule or policy. I messaged them giving my arrival time and they said they would come and never showed up. When I arrived they said that they stopped 2 hours before my flight arrival. I was stuck at airport an hour because there were no ubers. I only chose hotel because of shuttle and they did not have it available for me like the rest of the hotels in area who I saw at airport picking up

The ice machine is broken. I had to go to the 2nd floor and found out it was broken as well.

Hotel location have too many homeless peoples. Downtown was dirty with alot of homeless people, feel unsafe and not clean. Pictures of hotel and front door online is deceiving. Hotel inside is ok or average. Valet parking is too expensive.

The room is clean. Check in took a while since there is only 1 staff helping. The lobby wasn't inviting & with insects flying.

Good for travelers.
