Great breakfast, modern,clean and comfortable room's.

Clean and fresh, comfortable beds and very nice staff! Breakfast woman was exceptional, kind, personable worked hard to keep everything clean and tidy, making sure the Breakfast buffet was full, hot and tasty. $200.00/night was pricey, they may have increased the price due to graduation bookings.

The hotel was missing trip around the window, there was poop in the pool and they still had it open. You wait at the service desk for forever for someone to come they need to have a bell if they are going to be away

This is a great hotel. It is always clean. The breakfast is amazing and the woman who works in the breakfast area is so helpful and sweet. The staff is very friendly. We love staying here.

Very nice remodel

Awesome warm pool and a very nice restaurant attached with good food and drinks. Also, breakfast had many options, we loved the bacon and eggs

I would give 5 for service if it wasn’t for the lady that checked us in. Planned a nice stay in the premier suite for my boyfriend’s birthday on the way back from meeting my family for the first time. I believe the gal was Carly. Checked us in and had my debit card behind the counter for a solid 15 minutes saying it wasn’t working when there was definitely sufficient funds for a security hold. She charged my card TWICE for the room after I had already paid $230 through a booking app. 200$ each charge from her. Once we realized what happened she said it was my bank or the booking app and seemed very frantic and rushed the conversation. I called my bank and they said it in fact was a charge from the hotel. We talked with Tommi later on and he was beyond kind and apologetic even though it wasn’t his fault. We loved Tommi and made sure he knew how thankful we were that he was the one to solve our problem as everyone else said it was a bank issue. I have only received 1 refund and am still waiting on the second. The room was great, everything we could hope for in such a desolate area. We can tell there are loyal comers. The breakfast was beyond anything I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Other than the $400 issue, it was a fantastic stay.

The location is good, accommodation is decent and clean. There were internet issues for check-in, but the manager made it it all work. The restaurant attached to the hotel was good and had solid staff. I recommend the hotel.

We liked Cleo, she was so friendly and helpful ! She worked in the breakfast area and also checked us out! They were short staffed.

Check in was plesent. Staff was helpfull. Room was great. Pool was warm. Hot tub was great. Breakfast had a great spread to choose from.

We had a great stay! The rooms were clean, the breakfast was above average, and the staff was wonderful! The hotel is going through a bit of a renovation, but it didn’t affect our stay. We’ll be back! Thank you!

The property isn’t particularly unique. It is taken care of, but on the old side. The cleanliness of the room was questionable as The bed had long hairs all over the place under the sheets and by the pillows.

Property was well maintained. Easy access off the Interstate.

It was one of the best stays we've ever had, I would recommend this hotel to any one. The staff was amazing and friendly, the breakfast options were the best we've gotten from a hotel. The beds were comfy, dog area was huge, and amenities: pool, sauna, hot tub, were great.

Cant open the curtain in our room-1st floor because it overlook the outside where there have chairs and table people sitting outside our room window. No privacy at all. And mikki the manager is not willing to listen ,sympathetic to our concerns.

My wife and I were both pleasantly surprised by our stay here. The check-in staff was very friendly and room was clean and nice size. Breakfast was much more than just a breakfast bar and more like a buffet! Very nice not having to settle for a brown bag on the go! The lady in charge of the buffet was awesome. She was very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Great hotel, arrived early and was going to see if I could check-in early the woman at the desk was rude and unprofessional. Overall stay was great just a bad introduction to a nice hotel

You will not find a nicer group of staff people than those we met during our recent three day stay, especially the lovely ladies who prepare and maintain the breakfast room. This hotel itself is designed well, conveniently located, and well maintained.
