It was great and we really enjoyed the kitchenette. The bed mattress was somewhat uncomfortable for me and my back but I survived. I loved having a room next to the exit door to let my dog outside.

The keypad on the door didn’t work properly, even the employee barely got in and I was told if I wanted in the room she would have to open the door. The building had a gross smell.

The staff was pleasant. Everything in the room functioned, it is just a little past its prime. I also found a Starburst on the floor by the bed and the desk. Either they weren’t attentive while cleaning or they were rushing.

Wasn’t happy with the tv. A lot of the channels were not working such as only 10 out of how many were available was working. After explaining to the staff the issue, I was told that it was bad reception that night. I stayed there for 4 days and it never worked.

I didnt like that an hour after breakfast was put out there was no more breakfast. Breakfast is 0630-930 and there was never enough breakfast. Elevator was in and out of service. Other than that it was ok. Staff was nice.

Clean, spacious room for a fair price in a safe, quiet area of town. Convenient location, courteous staff - all things considered, it was a very comfortable stay for the weekend. Would stay here again.

The lady at the desk was very nice. I had traveled long and she said they had no public restroom but she allowed me to use hers. Got to our room and it wasn't ready. It appears they began to clean it and forgot to finish it. Trash on counter, bed stripped. No maid service there no other room so she refunded us and apologized. The windows throughout the hotel were so dirty and many of them did not shut and were not in place. So what does that say about heating and cooling and safety? Will never consider staying in this particular hotel again.

The hotel is older and has not had many updates or improvements. It appears to be a location that construction workers occupy or live in for extended periods of time. The bed was surprisingly comfortable but the sheets were old and scratchy. It is dog friendly but the smell in the halls and rooms was nasty, also smelled of marijuana. There was no breakfast, no ice machine, no dishes in the kitchenette unless you requested and paid for them. Will not return.

Was not the best experience. We had to switch rooms the first day we got there because room was dirty . Second room was ok but still had to buy bleach spray for the showers and wipe down everything. The exit by our room smelled like weed. There was no cleaning crew.

Our room was not clean. Trash had not been taken out from prior use. The door would not shut completely so it would not lock. The floor was sticky.
The front desk staff was very kind and hard working.

Nasty and loud. No breakfast even though sure said it did. Not enough towels, weird smell and the TV didn’t even work what a joke!!

The first room we were in was terrible. Someone had smoked in a non-smoking room and the smell had permeated the room. The desk clerk said they had tried many things but could not remove the odor. The carpet was also badly stained. Overall room condition left much to be desired. The night clerk was sympathetic about our situation but no other room was available when we checked in. She did a very good job finding us a better room the next day that was definitely better, but we would rate it as merely adequate. It appeared tired and well used. I suspect the entire facility needs a definite renovation.

Pretty basic hotel. Not much in the way of comfort or amenities. Not the best part of town.

The hotel smelled like it hadn't be thoroughly cleaned in ages. Bedroom was somewhat clean. Most of the attention was focused on the bed and bathroom.

Went to check in and the lady at the front desk said they didn’t have any rooms that were clean so I would have to contact hotels.com and get a refund, now I have to wait 7-10 business days before I see that refund

Hotel is well located, at check in, we were told we didn't have room ( booked since Jan) but later they fixed problem and we got the room. Room was smelly and old, looked that haven't been updated in good long time. During my stay they never went to clean the room up. Need to update carpet and windows, full of sand.

Refrigerator leaked,ppl hanging out in the lobby drinking and making sexual advances,socks,food and business cards under the bed, shower not clean

The property is run down and there is apparently no maintenance being done. Carpet is pulling up in several spots, the elevator sounds like there’s a huge problem with it, lights are out, etc. The grounds are completely trashed. It’s apparent that they are collecting all the money they can and then will close the property.

This was by far the nasiest hotel i have ever stayed in. Every little thing was just gross. The bed was UNBELIEVABLY uncomfortable

The property was generally rundown, the refrigerator did not work, the shower head was compromised by hard water deposits, the cable TV worked off and on.

I would stay again, 50$ deposit for dogs isn’t right. I was reimbursed for that but there are other hotels that don’t charge.
I have a service dog but still had to put up deposit.

The room had not been properly inspected. Two lamps didn't work, the TV did not work properly and the tub drained very slowly.

Had to request another room because original room smelled like dead fish and light fixture was broken and laying on the counter. Second room was not very clean either. Food dried on counter. Elevator needs maintenance. My kids wouldn't even ride it.
