Nice hotel

The location is a bit far away from city center, which means that you have a relaxing and quiet environment to enjoy. Room size is quite big, can fit in a family of 4 without any problem. The only down side is there is no fridge and water boiler inside the room.

It was a very standard business hotel by the highway.

This place is very clean and spacious. The check in was easy and welcoming. The best was breakfast. Absolutely great. I wish other hotels were like that.

Excellent hotel

I recently stayed at a this hotel that promised to have an EV charging station on site. However, when I arrived at the hotel with my electric vehicle, I was disappointed to find that there was no charging station in sight. This false advertising led to a great deal of inconvenience for me during my stay. Not only did the hotel fail to deliver on its promise of an EV charging station, but the staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in my concerns. When I raised the issue with the front desk, they simply shrugged and told me that they I could use the public charging station a street from the hotel. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. It is unacceptable for a hotel to advertise amenities that they don't have and to not take responsibility for their lack of preparation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you are traveling with an electric vehicle and need reliable charging options. Save yourself the trouble and find a hotel that actually delivers on its promises.

Good quality hotel with really good buffet breakfast. ONLY one BIG problem: Hotels.com side give wrong information. In the evening really late need find hotel where IS hotel own electric car Charge system without any register process. Hotels.com told, in this hotel is Charge service. Info was wrong!!!!

One the best breakfast buffet I ever had in Europe. Very quiet and isolated area to walk the dog in the morning

The hotel is located in a nice green area and peaceful area outside Nuremberg. The room was very clean, spacious and beautiful. Breakfast is great with many options to chose from, staff is very friendly. As recommendation for improvement, i would suggest to replace the curtains with a type that blocks the sun completely.

Everything at the hotel was just like you would want it. Cleaned everyday,bedding changed,and the property was a newer building with all amenities.

Property was fine. Location was not ideal, but I knew this before booking.

I always use the Novina Hotel while having work to do at the Südwest Park in Nürnberg. It offers free WIFI and buffet-style breakfast, which offers something for everyone. There is plenty of parking options in the parking structure next door (not free though - 8 EUR per day). The Hotel offers the most convinient stay while being in the Südwest Park.

The food is great, the service is great, the room was great, and it’s only a 10 minute walk to the train station

I arrived at noon, but I had to wait till 3 to check in, it would have been nice to be able to check in early

The hotel was good, excellent service, nice sauna and good food. I didn´t explore the surroundings but I believe it´s a good place when in Nürnberg.
