It was a good place to stay the night before a cruise. Beds were comfortable for great sleep. Breakfast was ok. They had a shuttle to the airport and also shuttled us to a dinner place.

As soon as my partner and i walked in, we were greeted by friendly faced and asked how they can help. Keish, Ernie and Nabeel were so amazingly helpful. We were two lost people in NOLA and they gave us many options for food and fun around the city. We will visit again! We did NOT get the shuttle drivers name but the young man was also VERY helpful; along with the awesome service with their continental breakfast.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and all in working order. Being close to the airport was key for me! I will choose this place again for the return trip.

We were in town visiting friends and wanted a hotel closer to the airport to catch an early morning flight. Wait staff was great and even arranged shuttle service for us to return our rental car the night before our flight and then provided shuttle the next morning to the airport. It was a great place to stay.

My stay was an awful experience. The staff were nice. The rooms were not clean. I was changed to 3 rooms and each room had a problem. The front desk clerk did all she could and I was thankful for her, but they refused to refund me my money. I left to find another clean and nice hotel.
1st room 223 was clean but the restroom was a mess, red juice was in the tub etc. I guess the cleaning lady forget to clean the bathroom. The front desk apologized. The 2nd room 228 smelled like mold, she stated this really is a good hotel and I thank you for your patience. The 3rd room 338 was nice until we showered. The water did not drain and we stood in dirty water as we showered. Awful!! Very bad experience!!

The staff was great. The room was horrible. I just couldn’t believe how dirty the sheets were, and that there was actual blood in the bathroom.

Was there for a few nights. Was ok. Way out of the way. Front desk service not the best. Seemed to be always sitting around.

My room was very clean. There was a lady working the front desk when I checked in and she was so nice and helpful. She is a great example of what all employees should be. I'm sorry that I didn't get her name but you can check the payroll to see who worked the day I checked in. Anyway, I had my dog with me and this hotel and the area around the hotel has tons of walking and grassy areas. I will gladly stay at this hotel any chance I get.

Pool was broke and the walls are thin, we heard everything from the rooms that were next to us including opening and closing the shades on the windows.

The bathroom’s tub needed cleaning and although a person came into our room to clean she only collected the dirty towels and cleaned the toilet. The bed was left unmade and the tub was still not clean. We stood on a towel to prevent from stepping in the basin directly.

I had a one night stay and I was very pleased with my room , very clean , quiet and beds were very comfortable. I slept very good.

Overall this hotel was awesome. From the cleanliness of our room to the delicious breakfast. Great hospitality as well. And the drive back and forth to New Orleans wasn’t bad at all just a 20 minute drive. Definitely will stay again.
