This is an older hotel, and it shows. The room was spacious, the desk area was adequate, and the TV was huge, but the shower/tub and toilet needed to be replaced.

We stayed there 5 days and not one single employee there ever said hello. We would walk in and person at front desk would lift head look at us then put head back down. Next the fitness center had missing and/or stained roof tiles with a trash can placed under them. Trash can and floor had old debris in and around it. And these remained during entire 5 day stay. The water cooler in fitness area was filthy. The entire hotel including our room smelled like stale smoke, musk, and mold. We would have moved hotels but everything was sold out due to 3 nights of Taylor swift concerts.

Stayed to catch early plane departure. So looked for place with shuttle. Price so inflated due to concert in the area. One thing to be competitive another to price gouge and be greedy.

The hotel was clean and the woman at the desk was super nice and helpful. However, the airport shuttle stops running at 11 pm and we were not informed of that. Also, the breakfast was good but when they say ends at 9 am, they mean it. One last started shutting stuff off while some guests were still in there, including turning off some of the lights while we were still sitting there visiting.

Okay stay, nothing fancy but nice and clean. Would be nice if they had to go options for breakfast if you are leaving g prior to breakfast time. The shuttle driver was really nice and on time.

Nice and clean. Helpful front desk. Good bed. Good breakfast. Price was fair. Will look for the same hotel in Columbia MO for tonight, right off of I-70. We are heading for Kansas City close to the airport on Friday, 9/13.

There was a terrible musty odor in the room, like wet carpet or wet dog. Asked desk clerk if she had a stay we could try I. The room, she said she would spray it in there for us. It didn’t work, we had planned to stay a second night, but decided against it. The breakfast was very good and clean area. This was our first stay at this location.

The hotel is dirty. Carpet is too old. Bathroom needs upgrade. Still uses old shower tab and everything seems old.

The hotel was clean and the staff very nice. However we noticed right away in tha hall and elevator that it was rather hot. We thought ok the room will be cool its hot outside so hard to keep large area cool with lots of people coming in and out. Got to room amd it was also nice and clean but we noticed right away it smelt musty. And it was HOT. Went to ac unit and turned down temp and turned up fan and it slowed down and almost turned off. Left it on while we went to family function closed the curtains and hoped for the best. Got back lobby and halls still hot, room still hot. Went downstairs but no one around. Actually never saw an employee after our check in. Luckily we had a fan with us so i set it up to help push whatevrr cool air we could get from ac and made it thru. It was only 1 night and not worth moving. Planned to say something on check out so they knew but again never saw anyone at desk. Overall it was fine, beds comfy (pillows a bit flat and old) but room clean and priced right.

Body wash and Shampoo were both EMPTY.(used the bar soap from sink)
Coffee machin had used pod left in the drip tray - YUCK
Breakfast was not good.

When i mentioned the soap and coffee items to the front desk, they apologized and said they would have it filled, but I was alteady checking out foe the day :/ how about a partial or full refund??

No clerk at check-in. When she did get to the desk, she was not the least bit friendly. Coffee was cold and almost gone and French toast was cold and hard at the breakfast. No one was at the front desk to help with refilling.
