Bed was comfy to sleep in. The room and bathroom were decent size.

Everything was good except white foam in the swimming pool and no elevators worked the second night. We were on the 3rd floor and I am not able to climb stairs up or down easily.

Both evening and morning front staff was AMAZING! So sweet and kind. Recommendation for a great puzza place was given to us. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything we needed. Breakfast was great. My 3 kids loved it and we all felt well taken care of.

We were tired from driving and visiting a State Park. So, we really appreciated the comfort and meal in the morning.

Typical breakfast: not exciting. Kind of “same old same old”. Do something different with eggs. Add peppers’onions, bits of sausage or bacon. Box eggs are not thrilling. Over all I like Hamptons and when traveling I look for Hamptons or their family of hotels. But if a drury inn is in the same location I’ll opt for drury inn every time. Food is much, much better. No comparison.

Came for the Lucy museaum..stayed here based on reviews, wasnt dissapointed. Saff was friendly. Breakfast consisted of good hot items. Pool was clean. Would stay here again.

This is one of the nicest Hampton Inns I have stayed at. I can’t say enough good things about the staff, cleanliness, comfort of the beds, and the decor. The parking lot is set up so that there isn’t a long walk to the front door from any space. We wanted to explore the Chautauqua Lake area, and this was a very comfortable and affordable way to do that.

Room was comfortable but had elevator problems two days we were there. For several hours both elevators were down and walked three flights to get to our room. Breakfast was very good.

We got there late in the day 8-9 pm. Front desk was super friendly. Next morning the girls at breakfast were very friendly also . Room was clean . I feel like the bed was a little hard for my taste but my husband slept well.

The Jamestown Hampton is in a nice area but the property inside and out is noticably getting run down. Also, because we booked our room on Expedia we got shoved into a room when looking out the window we faced a wall. I booked a King Suite and I know you have many nicer rooms than the one we got put in and they wouldn't move us even though we were one of the 1st to check in.

We were disappointed from the start when we arrived close to midnight to be told there may not be hot water. We had called earlier to confirm our reservation, but was not informed then when we could have changed to another hotel. The water never got above lukewarm, but it wasn’t worth it to change. Also, if someone arrives late after traveling all day, don’t try to talk their ear off. Just give them their keys and let them go to bed. The best part of the hotel was the fitness center.

We went to check in and there was no hot water so we had to go to the holiday inn which was more expensive!

As a business traveler I only stay at locations with reliable internet. It crashed mid meeting. I found out this hotel had been having problems for a while. I had to burn mobile data. Very unhappy. Hotel clerk said they would make it rightt. It has been weeks and I have heard nothing. I will not stay here again even though I was a repeat customer.

During check in, she put the key cards in the card and told us the room number but nothing else. We had to ask about internet passwords and breakfast times. And nothing was written down for us in the card.
And the radio the maid was using that blared through the hall at 8am was obnoxious.
But overall it was perfect for the weekend.
