It was our second stay and it was just as wonderful as the first. This place has everything you could want. It’s a luxury resort for the price of a regular hotel. The rooms are massive and clean. We will always stay here when coming to Myrtle.

Traveled by boat to the marina on property. Which is a great facility with great staff. Got to the hotel then it all went downhill. I feel like I was profiled because they gave me a room in the basement. I’m not kidding it’s the basement. Yes I showed up looking like I had been on the water all day. Because I had been. And I didn’t fit in with their business and wedding apparel clad customers. I figured it would be fine as it was just one night. Well the cleaning staff apparently store all their supplies in the room next to where I was put and they work from midnight till 6am. So I got now sleep as I was woken up several times with interesting conversations, laughter, and swearing. If you come and they put you on the first floor don’t accept the room!!!

Best hotel I have stayed at in Myrtle Beach. Shuttle Service and Beach setup was Great and Relaxing.

Had an amazing weekend. The lobby smelled amazing when we walked in. We will be returning.

The stay would’ve been perfect, if I didn’t check into my room and the pantry was still stocked with the last person that stayed there groceries. Also I call for more towels and wash rags and never received them .

Great weekend getaway.

Our week vacation in the mountains had been basically ruin on its first full day when we got word that our dear friend died suddenly and we had to return home for his funeral. Having days left we felt The Marina at The Dunes exactly where we needed to go! From the moment we arrived we were able to relax in the quiet beauty of the grounds and room. We never made it to your private beach because the pool was phenomenal. The staff were so friendly and always quick to help or offer a friendly suggestion. We will be back!

Beautiful spacious room. We loved it!

My husband and I were celebrating our 7th year anniversary and my 51st birthday. As we were checking in, it was discovered we were on a lower level floor but due to our previous experience we knew and requested not to be. With the room in which we reserved not being available on a higher level floor our room was upgraded. A bottle of Chamomile was delivered to our room and the next day a slice of chocolate cake was delivered. Joseph, Matthew, Nick, Thomas and Julie @ Reflections provided premier customer service. The lunch and adult beverages from Reflections were on point. The time spent by the poolside was pleasant. The grounds weee well maintained. This was a great stay! Marina Inn is our new go to when visiting MB.

Enjoyed amenities & room. Upfront valet service treats you terrible unless you have a flashy car or look a certain way. We are a young couple with a 19 month old. As I was checking in my husband waited outside for me. I came out & more people came to check-in that’s fine. We asked the valet where the luggage trolleys were located, we were told they are locked up & we must be serviced. They only have four luggage trolleys available at all times. Alright that’s fine. No one but the person they called from inside for help came to ask us if we needed anything after first encounter. After 30 minutes of waiting with our luggage on the ground in front of the valet desk. It was at that point we were running late for dinner with family in the area. We decided to do multiple trips up to our room ourselves. I told the one guy we had been waiting & he pushed valet parking on me way too much. I am able bodied & can do much myself but they should have trolleys for people who don’t want help to their room. Even offered to park my car with my daughter asleep inside. Made me very uncomfortable as I did not know them but I said no several times & said we can park and carry our stuff ourselves. The redeeming qualities of the hotel are the staff at check-in, amenities & their ability to be flexible with early check-in & late check-out. Highly recommend this hotel. I do not recommend their valet. As a previous service industry employee it’s a shame to be treated badly based on looks.

One night stay while in Myrtle for moving my daughter into her dorm at nearby CCU. The 6th floor balcony room was clean and in good condition with a nice view of the Marina. Steakhouse right next door is super convenient. Overall great stay.

Overall... Excellent stay! Stay and overall place is amazing! The only reason I would not give this a 10/10 is because the place has signs of wear. Did not take away from our stay; but, could be seen around the premises. Would definitely stay here again! Stay is amazing and we really wanted to stay longer!

Very nice property with excellent service. We did have an issue with hot water and A/C , we were upgraded from a suite to the 2 bedroom suite which was very nice inside but the outside hallway in desperate need for cleaning and painting. We would definitely stay again

When my wife and I landed in Myrtle Beach and got to the hotel we were hungry and tired and just wanted to eat something and rest. The front desk staff helped us with a list of restaurants close by. They even named some of their favorites.

I’ve stayed at this property before, the staff was overall courteous and kind, the property is beautiful on the inside and outside, the inside and outside pools are nice with a hot tub, my only suggestion is that the showers are replaced due to mild molding in hard to clean areas between the base and glass panels. However I will come back. I enjoyed my stay.

Great stay at this property. Loved the suite setup with separate rooms (1 King BR and 1 with 2 queen beds). Beautiful views from every direction.

Bathroom sink and tub in my unit drained VERY VERY slowly. The bar tender on the first night was very nice. However, service the next night at the bar was very slow (different bar tender)...with no more than 10 other guests seated. Service for breakfast in the dining room was very slow...with no more than 10 other guests seated. I'd expect a little more sense of urgency and follow up during guest interaction at a place like the Marina Inn.

Grounds are beautiful. Bathroom was moldy, shower so small you can’t turn, glass of shower falling apart. Would rate overall good, expected so much more for the price.

The room was spacious and clean. The lobby and common areas smelled so good. Small but nice fitness area. Mike in the bar area was very friendly! Breakfast was excellent. The only negative thing occurred on my last day of the visit. There was a loud commotion in the hall, like a verbal argument ending with someone kicking the door or wall. I called the desk. Security came to my door and I explained what had occurred. They discovered that a door that was supposed to be secure had been blocked open.

Our room was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and 2 balconies. There were 4 adults and three kids and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The staff also brought us a rollaway bed for the 6 year old who insisted on her own bed. There was indoor and outdoor pools with a hot tub, and unlimited towels to dry off with. They also had a restaurant. This place was so beautiful and had everything you could need for a family vacation, also great location! Will book again!

No hot water in the shower. The room is in need of a refresh.

We planned a last minute anniversary trip and we loved everything. My wife really enjoyed the hotel and the room and it made for a really enjoyable weekend. Thank you and we will be back.

Super 2 bed room apartment. Super view. Great restaurants and a super private beach. This place is great.
