Very nice hotel. Didn’t try the breakfast but looked ok. Clean with friendly staff. Wish they had a different flooring in the room. That was the only thing that never felt clean. A textured mat type flooring.

Location is fabulous Would like some nice seating to relax outside the property at the rear

Small hotel in the middle of the old town, the rooms are in old style, but clean and you have all that you need.

We stayed with another couple to tour Prosecco Way. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very nice We enjoyed our stay very much.

Stayed here a few times, surprisingly easy to find (just follow the signs) and parking available. Reception is welcoming, rooms clean & spacious. Breakfast has a good choice of pastries, fruit etc You are in the middle of Conegliano which is a beautiful town, plenty of local restaurants and bars close by. Train station less than 10mins walk

Every Friday there’s a market to enjoy. Hotel is very clean, friendly staff with English breakfast and parking garage available. Will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I’m in the area.

I booked for 3 nights but I had to leave after just 1....the hotel is being renovated, but the staff was really friendly and they asked me to request anything that I needed if I heard noise or even if I wanted to move room. There were no issues with the works that were carried over in the hotel and I slept like a baby!

Nice northern European style hotel (conservative) in a nice medium sized Italian town with interesting historic sites worth visiting. Located within walking distance to the train station and the historical city center with its nice pizzerias and cafes, this clean and friendly hotel is just the right place to stay to relax leave the crowds behind.

Great location in the historic centre, friendly and helpful reception. Our room was comfortable and clean with a very comfortable bed and a great bathroom. The entire hotel and grounds appeared very well maintained. Breakfast was excellent value with a good choice. Excellent hotel. Climb up to the castle for late afternoon drink as the sun goes down.

We stayed overnight in March 2018 to tour the Prosecco region. The hotel was great! Check in/out smooth & quick. Room clean, comfortable, modern. Breakfast (included) has many options. I would definitely stay here again

I stayed at this hotel because it is close to the place I visited. My room was on the third floor. The ceiling was inclined in addition to the absence of windows. I felt a sense of oppression. However, the breakfast was nice and the town around the hotel was beautiful.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking is a bit inconvenient.

Fabulous little Best Western, Beautiful room and exceptional service.

This is - in my opinion - a very well run operation. Rooms are cosy, warm, well-presented and spacious, the Internet connection is good and there are plenty of electrical sockets. The hotel car park is excellent and it would be difficult to beat the location. It is also excellent value. The bathroom is a bit outdated but for the price, you really cant complain. It is well appointed and everything is in good order.

We arrived to be told the room (double with 2 single beds) we paid for was not available.The miserable female member of staff on reception duty then very reluctantly agreed to give us an upgrade to what turned out to be a nice room.However, after this we were made to feel like we had committed a crime by asking for a room that we paid for.The female daytime reception staff generally displayed a really sour unfriendly attitude which was summed up on the morning we left (last Thursday) when the member of staff on duty just totally ignored us as we handed in the key and left.She was not taking a call or occupied with something important-she just wanted to make sure we left without any recognition.The whole experience for us was ruined by these staff who poorly represented Best Western, need Customer service re-training, and need to lose their stuffy patronising attitude.We will be leaving a similar review on Trip Advisor and would like you to refer this complaint to Best Western for investigation.

What a terrific hotel. The Canon d'Oro was in an excellent location, rooms very clean and efficient, and breakfast offered was superb. The best part of our stay however was the staff. They were so helpful with setting us up with bikes and recommneded bike routes. The staff service was some of the best we have experienced in European hotels.

A convenient high standard hotel about an hour's drive from Venice Airport in the lovely small city of Conegliano -some very smart shops

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Canon D'oro. I wish our travel plans allowed us to stay longer. The staff were especially accommodating and went above and beyond in our opinion to insure our satisfaction. The location was excellent right in the middle of Old Town Conegliano. We would recommend this Hotel without any hesitation.

My husband and I were just passing through Conegliano and decided to stay for a couple of nights. The hotel was an excellent choice - we originally saw it in the Rough Guide to Venice. It was beautifully fresh and clean, quite large with an up-to-the-minute en suite. We had asked for a room at the back overlooking the garden and we got this - a small balcony looking out over a formal garden and a view up above the city. We would certainly use it again.
