Good location, in the city centre. The interior is very aged and needs refreshments. The entrance is at the back yard of couple of restaurants, not so clean with a lot of noises.

The hotel’s location is very central. Just steps away from all major landmarks. The apartment was huge, with living room facing a very noisy street with lots of restaurants and the bedroom facing quieter courtyard (which helped enormously). If you plan to do your own cooking be prepared to walk some 10 min to nearest grocery stores. The kitchen had all basic stuff one needs. The floors were almost entirely carpeted. Big bathroom. The laundry machine didn’t do a good job for us, leaving half of the load barely wet, let alone clean. The stay was overall very nice, and the price was really good for what we got.

The strength of the microwave is HML instead of Watts.
Food labels are wattage, so I have to keep an eye on them while cooking.
The washing machine's dehydration is weak, so it doesn't dry anything other than underwear and socks.

Christmas markets literally started right outside our door! It was amazing! The apartments were exactly what our family needed after a long day at the markets. Clean, spacious, friendly staff.

Parking seems like a stretch but ends up being ok. If you have a lot of luggage drop it close then go and park. And don't be scared to drive on the cobblestones..

Excellent location. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Check-in/check out was a breeze. Incredible view of the city.

The building is in a perfect location, next to the Frauenkirche. There are multiple apartments individually furnished, not all have photos posted. We ended up in a small studio with just a bed and a table with 2 chairs. And a separate kitchen - that was a plus.

Fantastic location with almost all places to visit in walking distance. The historic part of Dresden is right at your doorstep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was very kind that we could safely store our luggage the next day to explore even more of the beautiful area. The only tricky part was to actually find this place along with the parking because at the time there was a lot of road constructions going on and nowhere a sign of the accommodation to be seen anywhere.

Had a group in town and needed something quick and central for a less than 24 hour overnight visit. Very central to the top Dresden sites in Altstadt and Neustadt. Great English speaking reception crew. Basic amenities but zero complaints at all.

Probably got it at a steal! Fantastic location at the main square with lots of food options and sights within walking distance, room was overlooking the river, the apartment was more than sufficient for me and my partner (6 can probably stay comfortably). Only "complain" is that the parking is a tad far... but that's the case for all other hotels around the main square.

No parking offering but public parking a few steps away easy reasonable priced . Hotel is awesome overall . Large comfortable best location to all attractions . You need to get your keys at concierge building 10 first floor which is not the one you enter building !! One flight of stairs . We had a great view from most of the windows our an apparrment.

This is in a crowded restaurant district, and my apartment was inches away from a noisy tavern. The thudding music and shrieks continued til 2am on a Wednesday night. I slept terribly!

Perfect location and very clean. Difficult to find. It would have been nice to be given details on finding the hotel at booking rather than texting/email the day of especially when you are traveling and cell service is not a guarantee. Excellent breakfast.

Loved the apartment loads of room and it was well catered for the only issue was staff from restaurants downstairs talking and laughing late at night some nights also one morning the dustman at 6 am

Perfect location right next to the church of our lady (Fauenkirche) in the center of old town, super clean and super nice staff, very quiet, the one bedroom apartment has a washer and a heating rack for drying clothes, pillows slightly too soft for us...

This was a great place to stay if you are looking for something a little more like an air b&b than a hotel. My biggest complaint was wifi problems.
