Great service. Hotel and room were nice. We had a jacuzzi in our room, that was very nice.
Needs updating like USB ports and decor. Hallways and common areas were kept clean very well.

The place is suppose to be open for breakfast. 7:00 AM Sat morning Aug 3, 2024 not open. On Sunday August 4, 2024. Limited service. Out of bacon and syrup. Lady said she would get syrup when the store was open at 8 AM. No meat or they ran out of meat.
The carpet in the room could use a good cleaning.

The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The air conditioning worked wonders on a 105 degree day. It was a great place to stop on my trip.

I was charged an additional $12 for each room as a service fee. They didn’t even clean the rooms so I don’t know what service they think they offer.

Toilet was disgusting hadn’t been cleaned. Very nasty reported to the front desk. Desk clerk had to clean it because nobody else was there overall no good !! Rating should be lower!!! Carpet was terrible stains throughout had to go to the front desk and request a tablet & pen to write on. No a very stay. No other place close to stay!

The bed was horrible. Big hole in the bed. I told the lady at the front desk this morning and she said “I bet”. The room was beautiful but carpet was definitely not clean!! But over all I loved the room. Breakfast was good

Enjoyed our stay ,comfortable bed,quite location ,breakfast was sufficient, staff were helpful and polite.
Walls were a little thin ,and we had some issues with the shower nozzle.

Personel were really helpful and kind, tasty food and really clean rooms. We stayed 2 nights, a room with jacuzzi was wonderful and the price was acceptable for everything. Highly recommend.

Older hotel, however property is well kept outside and inside. Rooms are nice size will all the emmenities needed. Beds are comfortable and the best pillows i've ever slept on. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Nice pool.

The Green Tree Hotel is top notch in all aspects. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfasts are delicious. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay.

Large room/suite. Nice room amenities. Room next door left their TV on all night ( I was too tired to do anything about it.). Shower pressure was poor. Nice to have a complimentary breakfast. Scrambled eggs were very salty. Price? Questionable. Stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Lebanon, Missouri for the last three days before flying home to San Diego, and then driving to Florence to attend a funeral. The Holiday Inn Express was at least $100.00 a day less expensive with the same amenities.

After staying in Casa Grande at a run down mess for more money, I was concerned and pleasantly surprised. Carol in the breakfast room was incredibly friendly after a tough time with my aging father left me in tears. Thank you, Carol! The room was clean, breakfast was plentiful, and all the staff were kind. We'll definitely be back!!
