Great location to explore Genova. Nice roof terrace with some shade for relaxing or reading. Walking distance to everything.
There are stairs & the shower is raised up off the floor and VERY small - so the hotel is not suitable for seniors or anyone with reduced mobility.
The aircon works well & the breakfast is ok. The lady who runs the breakfast is very cross & unfriendly - the only downside of our stay - she was banging plates & doors & giving people dirty looks when we were breakfasting.
Apart from that one small thing the hotel is basic but good & everyone else is very friendly.

Room is very nice, but location is very inconvenient. There is no way to contact the hotel from the downstairs area, as hotel is on the 3rd floor. The elevator to the hotel is on the back of the entrance, down a long hallway. Only after registration, we did get a code for the building entrance.

The staff was extremely helpful in making reservations for don’t, providing directions and providing information about Genoa. The hotel is in the heart of the historic area and just down the street from fabulous palazzo museums.

The staff of this hotel is excellent. It’s in area that is easily walkable to waterfront and a few tourists attractions. The room is small but nice. windows open on to the street which was busy into the evening but very quiet in the morning. Hotel is on the 3 rd and 4th floor so windows can remain open for fresh air. Would return again.

Super easy walk from Stazione Piazza Principe. Hotel is on the 4th floor so use the elevator if you've got lots of luggage. Out the front door and off you go to amazing historical sites. Everything is within walking distance.

I loved the location Via Carioli as I am familiar with this area. My room was very comfortable and clean. It had everything I needed and I slept very well and all amenities were made my stay perfect. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as I loved exploring the cafes and trying out coffee and pastries. I was able to safely come back late at night as I felt very safe in Via Carioli. The staff were helpful and assisted me in a friendly and professional manner. I would happily return. Great value accommodation.

Older property. Common areas pleasant. Rooms very basic. Unusual set up with hotel lobby and rooms on upper floors. Elevator stuck at times so meant climbing four flights of stairs which was difficult for elderly or disabled guests. On the plus side- lovely bedding.

Rooms and common areas were very clean and staff friendly and helpful. Great location. Continental breakfast was good. Furnishings somewhat dated and decor very basic. Wifi, although available, was unreliable.

This property is in a fabulous location in Genoa. Extremely close to Via Garibaldi and its gorgeous architectural buildings and history. The Owner was very helpful and friendly at check in and always had a smile and greeting at other times. The room is simple, not fancy but very clean and comfortable. Having a small stocked kitchen is an added bonus! Shops and restaurants within walking distance plus a small supermarket. I've booked a return visit!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel - the room was large and the terrace was great. Fantastic location for exploring the city! Unfortunately the lift was difficult with our luggage and pram - it was rather small with doors that opened inwards. That was our only problem!

Great stay in a very pleasing Hotel. A bit deceptive at first glance as on the 3rd floor of an almost donestic building. Very well located for all of Genoa and the train station. The Hotel is lovely and very tastefully decored. The roof terrace is a great bonus ...just look at the stars. Highly recommend

The staff were very helpful when it came to moving luggage, dinner suggestions, calling a taxi, etc.
It was a very clean room and neat as a pin.
The outdoor solarium was a great place for a quiet cup of coffee in the afternoon.

Great location (10 minutes from train station Genova Piazza Principe and very close to Via Garibaldi, one of Genova's most beautiful streets) and very nice room. Highly reccomended for both short and longer stays in Genova.
