I have stayed here a few times. This is a perfectly placed hotel for anyone travelling from the north of England. Hotel always offers great service and welcoming staff.

Excellent service & staff

Been staying here for over 15 years and such a great location with lovely staff. Some of the room furniture is very chipped and starting to look a bit run down to previous standards

Can’t fault the room but more a 3 star than 4 star. Ideal if travelling to/from Euston

The rooms are quite dated and with no A/C the room was very room despite the window being open. The bathroom is described as having a waterfall shower but because of it being a raised corner shower unit and the ceilings being low the waterfall shower was just an ordinary angled shower head. The safe in my room was locked which I ranf down to reception about, I waited 30 minutes and no one came up so I had to then leave my personal items at reception for them to store. This was inconvenient, when I returned the safe had been opened. The room only had a velux window, which when open slightly the people in the offices would have definitely have been able to see me across the alley. There was complimentary water in the rooms. These were glass bottles with the hotel branding where it appears they were being refilled on the premises. Unfortunately there was a lot of build on the top of the bottles showing that they were not being cleaned properly. I did not use the water.

traveled here from kentucky for taylor swift concert. checkin was easy - even getting in late- and staff was nice. the room was clean and AC was working perfectly (however, our friends stayed on the backside of the building and didn’t have AC, but were given a floor fan). didn’t get to use the gym sadly, but checked it out and was very impressed. wifi worked great, shower was nice. easy access to 2 different tube stations. was great for our 4 day trip, but if staying longer, might want a larger room.

The 2nd floor AC was out. 2 fans were provided. Was quite uncomfortable during the day, but was ok at night. Would be 5 stars if AC worked. Very clean.

Room was good value for money. Stayed for two nights, however the room could have done with some renovations. Such as the carpets really needed steam cleaning as there were lots of stains , general wear and tear in the room itself(chips scuffs etc more than you could normally expect) and things like the walls being stained and dirty plus the shower cubicle needed grouting and general updating. We didn't find the rooms too noisy however train/tube noise was present. the air conditioning is controlled by reception rather than by indidiiduals rooms which is odd

My daughter and I travelled down for a concert. We booked a superior room but on checking in was told the room had no natural light as the windows are boarded, I was not happy with this and not what I would expect from what supposed to be a 4 star hotel and no mention of this on any of the room description. I was told there was no other rooms. On entering the room which was 28degress I complained to be told that we don’t advertised aircon and the units are not AC just air! After I checked the site there were other rooms and was asked to move. We had a window but these barely opened so once again the rooms were ridiculously hot.

We experienced some discomfort during our stay. After a long 12-hour flight, my family was hoping for a restful night's sleep, but we found the rooms to be too warm at nearly 28 degrees Celsius. While the staff provided us with fans, they were not sufficient to cool the room. It's worth noting that traveling during July and August may not be ideal, as the facility lacks air conditioning and only has heaters.

Great last minute booking, staff really helpful

Booked a room that sleeps 3, with large shower showing for room…safe to say room given was not as booked. Only a double bed and smallest corner shower I’ve ever seen. On arrival room carpet was drenched in part and no aircon (while London is 29degrees). Also fan in room may have reduced temperature by 2 degrees still extremely uncomfortable and unable to sleep. Booked with breakfast so still have that gem to find out about. Review written during night as unable to sleep. Stay again?…. Maybe in winter?!

Really nice room and great location! Quite and air conditioned. Check in was a bit bumby as the person could not find my reservation but other than that we had no complaints. We were able to leave our bags there and walk around London. It was great location being so close to Euston tube and overground stations! Fully recommend this hotel!

Great hotel, very comfortable and convenient

Hotel struggled to provide air conditioning during very hot days in London. Staff were generally very helpful and responsive, and tried hard to resolve AC problems. Location is convenient and central.

Nice comfortable clean city hotel in a good location at a reasonable price.

Hotel was easy to find, close to Euston station. Check in was very efficient and we were allocated a room on the 3rd floor. It was a small room in the roof space of the hotel so it was extremely hot. There was a fan in the room which helped cool the room. The room was clean however the furniture was marked and the room could do with a paint. Be sure to ask for a room on the lower floors as they seemed much bigger!

I wouldn't return. Like a sauna in the room. No window to open and air con not working.

Hotel: Clean and neat. Staff: Friendly and helpful, for example, offering assistance on how to find our misplaced baggage (lost, and later found, during our commute into London), and providing cutlery for eating our meal delivery in our room. Breakfast: Wonderful! Best I've had in a while. Buffet with selection of cereals, cold meats, traditional English breakfast, scrambled eggs 😋, breads, and fruits and yoghurt. Note: In the quiet of the bedroom you can feel and hear the rumble of the underground. Noticeable, but not enough to bother me, my wife, or 1.5-year-old.

Very pleasant stay. Staff were excellent and friendly. Room was fine. Location was great, despite the extensive work going on re. HS2 ! Will definitely stay here again on any trip to London by train ie. it is next to Euston station.

Room was so hot, with a horrible load fan, and the WiFi is none existing - drops every 3 seconds so couldnt use or work.

Excellent stay. Easy walking distance for Euston, St Pancras and King's Cross. Very, very Quiet considering the location. Staff are very friendly. Be careful of the rooms though, looks like some have been revamped but some are very tired.

Good location, quiet and comfortable to sleep in but the aircon was a bit excessive. Room was small but adequate for short stay.

Room was insanely hot on a fairly mild day. No aircon, just a small ineffective fan. Hotel is very noisy overnight with creaks and squeaks coming from everywhere. Well located but hard to sleep well.

Would stay here again. Great solution for staying close to the train station

Wonderful location (next to Euston station), excellent breakfast. Staff are kind, courteous and very helpful.

Room was small and over priced even for London but it was spotless, staff were very friendly and efficient and the breakfast was good.
