Quaint little apartment style. Good, hot shower. Great coffee. They left croissants hanging on our door for breakfast. Nice touch

Our stay was absolutely incredible. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as best as it could be. They did everything possible to work around our schedule They let us check in early, offered advice on things around the are, and kept our bags after check out so we could walk around. Every morning we were provided with fresh croissants. It was magical. The property is incredible. The room we stayed in had the most amazing view. It had a wonderful kitchenette which made traveling with our 4 year old so much easier. Easily the most comfortable bed we slept in our whole trip. There is a library and a top floor lounge area.

Charming little loft apartment right next to the Duomo. Two weeks in Italy and this was our favorite hotel, the location was great and the apartment had enough room for my family and I. If we ever come back to Florence, we will definitely come back

My 7 year old daughter and I stayed 3 nights on our long awaited trip to Florence.
We loved everything about this hotel - the beautiful big room with an amazing view of the Duomo, the lovely bathroom with bath, the croissants every morning, the kitchenette etc etc.
The library on the first floor was a lovely peaceful area and we loved the top floor room with the beautiful views of the Tuscan hills and Florentine rooftops as well as the Duomo.
The hotel is perfectly situated (although we did struggle to find it on arrival - our map app had it in the wrong place) - we walked everywhere. I wound recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

Our stay at the Granduomo hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary was exceptional - the location cannot be beaten (right next to the duomo), the rates were reasonable, the rooms were exceptional, and the service was top notch - attention to detail (bananas, pears, and water in the rooms, fresh croissants every morning, perfect decor, and stocked kitchens) was evident throughout. Thanks to the management for our stay - we will certainly come back and strongly recommend it to our family and friends

Absolutely fantastic experience staying in the heart of Florence. Everything we wanted to do was steps from the hotel. Tons of dining and shopping options all around. And surprisingly, it was not noisy at night. We selected one of the rooms not facing the piazza so perhaps this is why, but we slept very well and had no issues with noise. The staff is lovely, let us check in early and stored our bags after checkout. We did have a little trouble finding the door to enter (as has been mentioned in other reviews) as it looks like it is part of the store next door. But a server at the restaurant on the other side of the hotel kindly walked us to the appropriate door. I loved this place and look forward to staying here again next time I am in Florence.

This was a Jem! We stayed in the suite . Easily accommodated 4 adults. The balcony is across the street from duomo, are you kidding? Amazing. There are no other balconies facing the duomo on our side. However with the great AC and windows closed it was so quiet. Styled in 19th century classic Firenze, we could not have had a better stay. There is a small kitchenette in suite if you are staying a while. Loved this property!! Nicest staff, I can't say enough positive things.

Great location! You walk outside into the Piazza del Duomo. Walkable to all the highlights. Staff is very friendly as well. I enjoyed my stay and plan to return on my next visit.

Stop reading reviews, just stay here! Step out of the front door and there it is, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore! Amazing Boutique hotel, with 2 guest areas to unwind in. One on the 1st floor and another rooftop with wonderful views. Coffee in the guest areas was very much appreciated. The room had a mini kitchen with fridge and coffee maker. Fresh croissants are delivered every morning. This was our first hotel in Italy and it spoiled us when compared to our other choices we made on our Italian vacation.

The location is about as good as you can ask for. Short walk to the train station and a short walk to all the attractions.
I was worried about the street sounds, but the windows were amazing at keeping it quiet, though we did take advantage of the free music in the evenings.
The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator is slow and small, but it got us to our floor without having to climb stairs.
The room we had was amazing... Comfortable bed, lots of room to move around, A little kitchenette hidden behind some doors, and lots of closet space, and croissants waiting at our door every morning.

This property was amazing on so many levels. We had the 4th floor apartment overlooking the Duomo complex. The location was perfecto!!! It was an easy 7 minute walk from the train station, with luggage. The staff was attentive if we needed something. Since we had a mini kitchenette, we purchased some items from the grocery store to have on hand. So many shops and places to eat nearby. I will stay here again for sure!

This hotel was a great surprise! Perfect cost benefit. Wonderful location! Comfortable, clean, many interesting amenities, .... many qualities!
The only issue for improvement is the process for check-in. They have limited reception time. They sent me a mail that I didn’t see (;-(). Maybe they need to call our make something clearer for new comer guests!

As it says, it is really very charming. Love the attention to small details. Their morning croissants delivered in a small bag and left at your door is really a nice touch, aside from it being really tasty! And not to forget, it has the best location, right in front of Duomo!

It was a bumpy start. The room we were assigned was very nice, large and comfortable. However, we had specifically requested twin beds and the request was pre-approved by the hotel. This room had a queen and nothing was available until the next day. Eventually, the problem was resolved by including another bed at the same price. Otherwise, all was good. The manager was very nice and friendly. The hotel has a great location. And the croissants every morning for breakfast were delicious.
