Beautiful hotel - the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Great mattress. The breakfast was amazing - great selection, quality and freshness. The hotel is right by the beach and the port - there's several restaurants/cafes just a 1-5 min walk away, supermarket just across the street and it's just a 5 min walk from the town center. The little harbour and promenade along the coast and great for walks. It was too cold in March to use the pool, but it looked inviting and very clean. Free parking was available too - it might however be taken up quite quickly if the hotel is full. There's more (paid, 3 eur per day) available right across the street.

The personnel seemed a little disengaged. We got everything we needed and but we were missing a bit of friendliness. Especially the staff at the restaurant (during breakfast - we also went for lunch once) looked very demotivated and there was no engagement with guests at all. Not a massive issue for our stay, but something that makes quite a difference and should be improved. A smile goes a long way.

The room and the huge balcony. Breakfast had excellent choices.

The hallways of the floors were too clinical. Could be softened by sheer drapes to hide view of rear car park. Also the odd picture here and there would look good.

Cozy large room and balcony with sea view! Delicious breakfast and dinner! Lovely staff! All of them were kind and helpful! Great location! Close to the huge supermarket! The beach was on the step from us! Highly recommend!!!

In January almost all the restaurants are closed in this area. We couldn’t close the bathroom door. Some parts need to be renovated.

The location is nice, close to supermarket & beach. Parking is a bit tight. Clean rooms. Buffet variety is okay. For info to others, we went during Christmas & NY break and most places in Ayia Napa were closed because of off-season (maybe 80% of surrounding restos and shops were closed) so if you want to explore the surrounding more, maybe stay during touristy season.

Too bad we had to pay extra for drinks for our dinner buffet! For the price we paid per stay, not even water is provided for free? We ordered a Half Board room so was quite surprised with this because in another hotel, water and even soft drinks were all provided as complementary.

Location is amazing. Buffet is nice. Friendly staff.

Perfect room, nice, spacious and super clean every day

Staff at all....except the few people on dinner service, otherwise it was awful. Arrogant at the reception, pretending you are not there never said good morning, they were just staring at you..., breakfast service was the same level...especially middle aged lady, brown hair, glasses, white shirt. She was literally annoying. Breakfast coffee was undrinkable.

Very central location, on the Beach / harbour and in the center of the City.

Everything was very clean, except from the halway, hallway doors and elevators.

Location and pool were excellent and why we decided to go to the hotel. The room was as described with a balcony and sea view.

Aircon gave the room a damp feel and was linked to the bathroom. We asked for it to be looked at but nothing happened. Housekeeping was patchy at best with plates of food left in the room and corridor for days.
