This would be my second time staying at villas and I love it , the office people are nice and get you checked in fast. The bed is big and comfy and there is also a couch that pulls out to a bed. The only thing I would change is the kitchen appliances, but just for me since I like cooking I feel like I need more. Overall still great.

This is my second time in this hotel and i really love it, pretty quiet. Has everything coffee maker, bread toaster, really good size fridge,etc.. I plan to go palm springs once a year and i love to stay here. Great job to the stuff. Love it

I was there in the off-season and they upgraded me to a suite. The suite was really nice. It was well-furnished, had a real kitchen stocked with silverware, kitchen tools, and pots and pans. There's a little private back area as well.

We travel often to a Palm Springs and normally stay at various hotels for the excitement of newness. The Palm Springs Villas has a quaint, easiness and comfort that will definitely have us visiting again and again.

This is a very quiet place (I only saw one other occupant). Apparently most guest are on time share and come for a week or so. We only stayed two days; there were no housekeeping but we had plenty of clean towels, so it was not a problem. The unit had lots of things you may need such as 3 sets of glasses or a teapot, even dishwasher tablets. Lots of space (I can see a family with two or three kids). There are two pools and a hot tub (did not get to use those, but looked tempting) Minuses: the unit was on the end and it takes at least ten minutes for the hot water to start running (such a waste in the desert!). The AC unit is rather old and the air flow is right across the bed (I just turned it off for the night (so we got chilly) rather than deal with it coming on/off and keeping me awake). The area is not really walking distance to the downtown Palm Springs, but very close using the car. Considering the price was cheaper than motels and had a fridge it was a good find. Wi-FI was ok for the phone but not strong enough for the computer.

It was so peaceful stay. :)

This was no luxury hotel, the appointments were a little dated. But the room was clean and the staff friendly and responsive. My room came with a kitchen and a private patio. The Villas of Palm Springs are located just past the Palm Canyon curve which is close to all of the action downtown.

Loved it! I'm picky when it comes to cleanliness and this place was so clean that everything looked brand new. Even when I swept the floor, hardly any dirt. The room and complete kitchen (including utensils) and beds were perfect for my little family. Loved the saltwater pool and appreciated the laundry facility with the larger machines for bigger loads. Icing on the cake was the peacefulness surrounding us. The walls must have been thick because we couldn't hear next-door neighbors' TVs or talking which you get at regular hotels a lot. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a comfortable casual stay in Palm Springs.

Lovely. Place. Quiet well equipped . convenient location. Some trouble getting hot water in the mornings.

Wonderful place to relax. Enjoyed a great weekend by the pool. This place is perfect for a simple comfort getaway.

We were pleasantly surprised with our accommodation. We would not hesitate to stay there again.
