Friendly people. Beautiful places. It was difficult and extressfull to check in. They request personal information that I was not comfortable in sharing. I was also asked to sign a paper saying that the information given was true and that they could share person information including Fotos to others. Check in on line was not possible without agreeing with such terms. Some of the hotel activities did not start on time or changed locations without common knowledge.

This hotel is a big resort with 186 rooms and has all the amenities you would expect of a big resort. Its well suited for families but is not the place for couples who are seeking rest and relaxation unless of course you are fine with lots of small children running around. Our experience was however good since the hotel property is large enough to escape the hordes of small children running around.

My partner and I had the best experience! Staff went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable! The facilities and restaurants are amazing! Nothing to complain about!! On my partner’s birthday, staff kindly provided a birthday surprise. Thank you!

This resort was outstanding! The room was simple but clean. Yes, a hotel room that was clean is something, specially nowadays when with the COVID excuse hotels are not doing room service everyday (they do!). Well, I was pretty surprised with several things about this hotel, in their simplicity they provided top notch service. The staff is friendly without being hypocrite (not doing that to be tipped). I will absolutely be back and I totally recommend.

Definitely the best resort I have ever stayed at so far! The staff is the friendliest and most attentive I have ever seen, very eager to help and will go out of their way to do whatever they can to make sure you are happy even if you don’t speak Portuguese very well!

The single most relaxing time we’ve ever had. Had the weather been better, we would have booked another week. It exceeded our expectations! Highest recommendations. Staff was the best! As an aside, we’ve stayed at resorts all over the world. This by far the most relaxing.

The hotel is great. The food is specifically delicious. Free of charge transportation to Porto Seguro by boat and free of charge transportation to Arraial d'Ajuda downtown by van.
The only problem was to listen a far-right supporter waiter whose ideas are terrifying retrograde. Brazil and the world don't need that kind of person. Far-right ideas led the world to wars.

If you or someone in your party speaks Portuguese, this is a nice place to stay. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. If you don't speak Portuguese, you will have a difficult time here. Most of the notices and information is only in Portuguese. Some employees speak some English. There are no English TV stations - but you will find an occasional American movie or show. The neighboring city of Porto Seguro and the town of Arrial D'Ajuda are also not real English friendly. Fortunately, my wife is Brazilian so she did all of our communication. There was only one other American on the property for the 4 days we spent there - a 4 year old girl from NY.

This hotel was nice had a great view and right on the beach. The room was clean enough but do not expect luxury. The staff was super friendly including Fabby, she really made you feel right at home. The food was typical to Brazil. The only issue is check out, since they do not have an electronic way to keep track of drinks and food that you charge to your room, you should expect a good 30 minutes to review and change your final bill at checkout. Other than that, this place is worth the stay compared to other hotels in the area who charge the same but are no where near as classic.
