Everything was cool. Had a morning flight so I wasn’t in the room for too long. Only problem was it was a weird smell in the room when I 1st entered.

Our first time in LA area and we had an amazing stay! Pool stayed clean, employees very helpful and free breakfast everyday was very filling and fresh.

The hotel is close to the airport and easily connects to most freeways. They offer a free breakfast. It was ice cold the first day due to an equipment malfunction but it was repaired by the next day. There was good variety and excellent service. Housekeeping only comes every other day which was good for us. We called the front desk for clean towels each day. The hotel was very clean and had a pool/hot tub area and a gym. The front desk staff was always super friendly and helpful.

The room, hotel, and property were amazing, great dining service, and super friendly staff. The only thing I didn't like was leaving. I would love to stay here again, for longer!

Excellent hotel stop for 1 night near lax, beds and pillows super comfortable can’t fault it. The only downside was the shuttle it did take 45 mins to come and pick us up, but thankful that after several phone calls they did pick us up! Free breakfast was also a bonus!!!

A relatively new property with an above average complementary breakfast. Housekeeping is every second or third day.

Desk service is very good, prompt to address any issue , friendly stuffs but shuttle is not good at all. If you book Hyatt place at senguda and needs to come airport by shuttle , your life and day will be miserable. I was waiting 2 hrs to get the shuttle

This hotel was great! I was concerned about airport noise, but the hotel is not close to the airport. We stayed for two nights and never heard a plan not even when we were out side. I would absolutely stay there again. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Friendly helpful staff.

The property looked clean, the Area seemed safe enough but it was more of an industrial area with nothing in walking distance. The shower floor tiles were a little dirty but that’s no big deal. My biggest issues were that the room smelled like Weed when we entered the first time. Then to make matters worse I saw a couple of small cockroaches, I saw the first one and thought maybe it was something else at first then saw a second and knew it wasn’t. This hotel had great reviews and I wanted to like it so that was disappointing.

This had easy access for both the car rental return and the airport. Very clean and quiet area. Staff was helpful and friendly. Loved it!

The hotel was nice but the bed was really squeaky. Every time I rolled over it was really loud. The walls are thin too. Listened to the neighbors tv until about 2 am.

The room was tired and not clean, the comforters were in poor condition, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. What a shame Hyatt!

The hotel is nice. We are able to sleep good, breakfast was great. However the airport transfer is worst. No update from the front desk as I keep on asking what is the next plan. They even whisper that why don’t we not take Uber. Seriously! The reason why we book the hotel because we don’t want to get stress with the hotel transfer as we have a bad experience before with Uber, etc. It was not a pleasant experience. I wont recommend at all!

This hotel was so handy for a stopover en route to London. Lovely, so helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Room had everything we needed, clean, comfortable and the bed was wonderful. Very good breakfast with real cutlery and plates. Shuttle picked us up on request and dropped us back to airport next day.Highly recommend.

Not pleased to have to pay for parking. Fortunately for me the fee was waived. Still. That info was not indicated on your site when i booked. I got s lengthy email from the hotel with that info located near the bottom
