Bad experience in, I had a valid booking which they couldn’t find even though they could see on my app. They said it was our issue and I had to contact hotels.com they wouldn’t make a phone call to try to resolve. Luckily hotels.com support was quick and resolved the issue within 15 mins and we were checked in.
We were having coffee across the road and say a worker sat on our balcony, then someone from the hotel moved our washing from the balcony inside so they could clean the windows. Our do not disturb sign was on which they ignored and didn’t try to call me or mention to us that they had done it. And fire alarm went off twice while we were there. Overall wouldn’t recommend staying here

Great position, spacious. Lounge uncomfortable, in need of support in seating. Cushions need a good clean. Bathroom very much in need of attention. Tiles are ready to fall off the wall around the spa bath. Shower recess and surrounds in need of attention.

Being staying here for years. Conveniently located, clean and easy. Pricing goes up and down just make sure you look for the deals. Can get ridiculous expenses be at times

The photos and some reviews encourage us to stay’ but overall disappointed, won’t stay again, room very small, no view and no breakfast making facilities, not what you’d expect for the price

Great location, excellent service on check in. Apartment was spacious ,clean and comfortable. Underground easy access parking an added bonus. Super central with easy access to a range of restaurants if you want to eat out. This is a slightly older property, showing its age in some areas. A great choice for a short stay

Great stay and very helpful service team, but I wish I had known the pool was under planned repairs for our stay. We booked before they had posted it on their website, and we were assuming it was available.
When they decided it would be under long term repair, we should have received communication and had the option to change our reservation. We weren’t offered any discount either.

Perfect. Much larger than we expected and had everything we needed. Very clean and nothing to fault. Owners were super friendly so were the staff. Parking was right next to the lifts, And very central to the town.

Exceptional location that's walkable to everything with great water views. A must try is the Thai downstairs. An enjoyable & peaceful location. We're looking forward to our next stay.

Loved the two spacious rooms (when combined become a great family room) and kitchenette. King size bed very comfortable and very friendly lady on front counter. Would highly recommend.

A good place to stay when passing through

We have stayed twice in a month now and find it clean , comfortable and well positioned to shops and dining. We were late check ins both visits. Process was simple. Only really saw anyone when we checked out, again very simple. Bring winter we did not use the pool but looks inviting and clean. Happy to recommt

We really enjoyed our week at this property. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great for our visit so we weren’t able to utilize use of the pool, or rooftop bbq area but our apartment was excellent and suited our needs perfectly. We were there for sport so we were grateful for the washing machine and dryer and the location is also excellent. The housekeeping and checkin staff were so friendly & helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future.

This property was spacious and centrally located - it would be great for a long stay with family or friends. We checked in after hours but still found the process incredibly easy thanks to the clear instructions we received. I would recommend this property to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

The facilities were showing signs of slight age but on the whole were good and well maintained for the stay we had. Its a great central location with access to plenty of eating venues and the on-site parking was good.
As we were travelling with an aged but mobile relative, we checked ahead regarding lifts from the car park (all good) and the staff were very helpful in this regard.
No negatives to report.

We arrived later than expected, pleased to find code to safe worked and room key inside. However receptionist caught up with us and explained all amenities. Room very clean, not big but well set out, with space for bags, hanging space and shelves for clothes. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good parking included in price, which accommodated our just under 2m in height 4WD. Good location close to several restaurants.

A one night stay travelling from Sydney further north. Port Macquarie was the ideal break and rest. A very beautiful town, as a first time visitor it was a total surprise. My accommodation as close to restaurants and bars.
The hotel was comfortable with friendly reception from the owner/manager on my arrival
