Clean well equipped room, friendly and welcoming staff. Reasonably priced for location

Ideally situated for visits to central London and Wembley, my room was clean , a good size and the the bed comfy A very basic hotel , reception and breakfast area is quite small and I would imagine at breakfast time there isn’t a lot of space. But overall I felt safe , staff we good and I will be back again

Nice place, nice room very welcoming on check in. Only thing that lets it down is the parking but they let you know what expect before you get there so not a problem. Would gladly stay there again

Great to stay in for seeing a concert at Wembley, just a short Uber/ bolt journey away. Lots of street parking nearby too. We thought the room was clean and appreciated the fridge. Friendly staff on the phone and arrival. Overall good for a 3* hotel and would use again.

What a fabulous choice of hotel for our visit to London to see Taylor Swift. We arrived before 1pm and were greeted by polite, friendly helpful staff who allowed us to check in early. Check in process was simple and speedy and we were given key cards to our rooms. ( 1 of which had a free upgrade to a family room). Before we left reception we were handed a printed slip of paper with details of all travel options; buses and trains to help us get to Wembley Stadium easily and safely. This proved invaluable and an excellent touch to making the trip and experience run smoothly. The bus stop was directly outside the hotel and was a 5 minute ride to the Harrow bus station which was situated next door to the tube station that allowed us to get to Wembley easily. When we got to our rooms, they were light and airy and spacious. Lovely and clean with a condoned and large bathroom. There was a fridge, safe, iron, fans, a heater and drink facilities. We were able to order food into our room via Uber eats without issue and this helped us prepare for our evening —- and also when we returned after the concert. The staff were brilliant when we returned to hotel at approx 1am. Nothing was too much trouble. We were allowed extra tea and milk for our drinks. Check out in the morning was simple and again the staff were pleasant and wished us safe journey home and thanked us for our stay. I would highly recommend and would have no doubts in booking again if I were to visit in the future.

Good for one night stop over on business trip. Luckily found parking just outside. Did not go out or use any facilities.

Helpfully staff

The staff was incredibly helpful with local transit directions and luggage. One off-duty staff member saw me walking towards the hotel with my two suitcases and provided assistance in reaching the hotel. The room was spacious and clean.

Easy travel to Wembley from here, good value for money.

I have stayed here a few times over last 3 years. Very helpful staff and good sized rooms with clean bedding. They do not advertise site parking but there is secure parking to rear behind a gate if you request this. Central heating does not always work but 2 x electric fan heaters are provided to heat room if chilly. Only 0.3miles from South Harrow tube station. Plenty of places to eat/drink nearby.

it was a last minute booking. it was very easy to find. we arrived in a van and was able to using the parking on site. out side was full. the check in staff were very helpful. even coming to see if i needed a hand getting things out of my van. due to leaving early, we didnt stay for breakfast. wished we did because it smelt great. would we stay again ? yes

Convent for my purpose

Fine property, seems like an older building but has the basics I needed for work trip.

This hotel is in a great location, near to the tube. We found it to be quiet, even though it is next door to a police station. The room was clean, although a bit dated but the service was excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for you & were very friendly. We even found some locals to be friendly, too.

For sleeping and showering it’s perfect. South harrow is a boring place. Take the subway out of there and it’s perfect.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They understand the customers well.

Clean room. Beds were very firm, but we like firm mattresses. Staff was friendly. Just a few blocks from an Underground station, and bus stop is practically across the street. Only real issue we had was a slow drain in shower. Everything else was fine.

Couldn't park anywhere, noisy, cold, just not great at all

I had previous reservation at another hotel, which was canceled by the property at the last minute, so I did arrived at Eurotraveler without a reservation and very scared and frustrated. The manager did found a room for me and got it ready for me almost immediately. The whole staff, especially the manage,made me feel very safe during my stay. Property is very quiet and clean , public transportation right in front / acroos street of property.

Great room for the price, friendly and helpful staff and good location. We were able to find free parking close to the hotel.

Very clean. Good bed linens, comfy mattresses, bathroom in excellent condition. Great location for OVO Arena (approx £14-£16 Uber). Excellent value for money, would stay again. A bit noisy as on a main road with lots of police vehicles on blue lights (police station directly next door).
