This hotel is awesome. Beds are incredibly comfortable, everything beautifully clean and tidy. Location is great, service was superior to similar hotels. Great experience, 100% recommended. I will definitely come back if I find a good price again.

Facility was OK, restaurant and breakfast room the same. It was the bast part of the facility. Overall I would rate not more than 6-7 over 10

Excellent staff, extremely courteous. Breakfast is excellent with courteous and attentive staff. Delicious options to choose from. Room are roomy, very clean to include the waterfal shower. The A/C is extremely cold. Hotel does not offer free/ complementary coffee and coffee is very expensive to get a cup. Overall great stay.

This place is justice absolutely perfect, the staff is so friendly and honest, let me tell you how honest they were $200 dollars fall out of my pocket and yes a guy name Stewan (I think that his name , if it’s close to his real name tho ) was looking around for the owner. Don’t you want to stay in place this safe and honest?!? It’s super clean and Safe !

This hotel is very clean and property is well maintained, the breakfast was plentiful, fresh with a variety of goodie's everyday. Staff and services were professional and accommodating, I recommend always.

This hotel is small and very clean, with friendly and attentive staff. It is centrally located. If you get lost the 4 points Sheraton is across the street. Take an Uber it’s like $1.50-$2 everywhere. Seriously. The breakfast is also VERY good. It’s not a US buffet. It’s significantly smaller but very tasty and satisfying. If you prepay it’s like $5 and change, if you pay the day of it’s $7 and change. For a bargain freak like me this is awesome! Find me a $5 breakfast in the US. Anywho, I stayed 5 days, 4 nights, and I would stay again. Btw it’s hot as hell here!

Our 4 weeks stay was phenomenal! The entire staff was very professional and friendly. The hotel is clean, great breakfast and the location is extremely convenient as it has dining and shopping options that are walking distance. Would definitely book again. Thank you Hotel Washington Plaza!

Arrive late 1am at hotel and it took about 1 hour to check in, never really understood the reason of this delay. The guy at the desk ask me if i had any incident at this hotel before, i ask what you mean? Mention my name was flag and he was checking with his boss to see if he let me in, after an hours around 1am decided is ok to let me in and never really explain what the situation was really about, next day I asked again and no clear answer, it seems they just wanted to move on. I have stay in this hotel since 2014 at list 2 times per year but this last un welcome experience from the host how it was handle clearly not worth staying here again

I have stayed there a few times, the internet goes in and out at time and is hard to connect to all your devices, other than that it's a nice place, lots of food nearby, no pool though

Close to everything. No mini-bar in rooms, totally weird! Not too many options for breakfast, but was descent enough.

The place did not feel clean and needs a lot of maintenance. Location is good with nice places nearby like restaurants and bars. Decoration is tacky.

However, I was told breakfast service started at 6am and that wasn’t the case. You have to give them that they rushed it so service could be provided by 6:15.
