A good hotel for business trips. Close to plaza Carso and Soumaya. Not spectacular but clean, comfortable, and funcional. They have a safe and there is a fantastic coffee and sandwiches place across the street.

Was a very nice stay, the hotel is air conditioned and has an excellent location, just 10 minutes walk from a shopping plaza with Chedraui select, Costco, and one of the most important museums in the city, the Soumaya Museum and the Jumex Museum.

The location Polanco is an excellent point for visiting the city with many transportation options. The area also includes many shopping options (retail, groceries, street markets, etc). The property is in excellent condition, rooms are spacious, and staff is super helpful and friendly. This is definitely an excellent value.

It was all about kindness and respect, once you show up, people are kind, they help you with all you need to know, no bell man to guide you to your room but wasn’t necessary, it was easy to find the room.
Rooms are bigger than I expected clean and have many supplies, having delivery was so easy as we arrived late at night but have 30 minutes delivery all around the area

This this so dar from a hotel, it is so far from pictures shown, it is pretty basic and they charge for 4 stars hotel, no amenities at all, breakfast only and they charged me also they charged for a bottle of water in the room, amazing!! I stayed one night and I moved to another hotel, i felt robbed. Good advice stay away from this “hotel” or you will regret.

This hotel was extremely clean and well-appointed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location with plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was really nice (great coffee!), with lovely outdoor seating. The only negative for me was the thin walls - we could hear everything happening in the halls and adjoining rooms.

A very amazing and hidden gem in a very secluded Polanco street.
Quiet and comfy, with an attentive and quick personnel.
The wi-fi worked perfectly and the shower was on point.
Pillows, not to big not too flat, perfect.
Alas, by US standards, beds are twin, not queen, but we 4 slept with no problems at all.
In the S. corner, a Chopo Lab for the Covid tests, 3 taco stands in Homero and Periferico. In the N. corner, an amazing Cafe "Tierra Garat", then a VIPS cafe/restaurant, a Banco Santander, then the Riesis and DLeo restaurants, then the Soumaya and Jumex Museums along with the Aquarium and the Antara Mall, all these, no more than 6 blocks away. Also, the incredible strolling by "hot" Homero and Masaryk Avenues. I will stay in this place again with my eyes shut !
