It’s Lubbock but this is one of the best places to stay. Clean, modern, snack purchases and breakfast buffet included. Staff is very friendly.

Great location, friendly staff, clean unit however there was an off putting smell in the hallway and the sound the elevator makes from floor to floor is like a fire alarm sound. The suites are comfy and has everything you need from a home away from home. Bathroom door is a bit difficult to open and close because the design lacks a proper handle.

We had a king studio room, and the air conditioner on the wall was so was within a foot of the bed, continuously on my feet and made strange uneven noises. Very difficult to sleep. Otherwise, the place was clean, and staff was very friendly

Comfortable stay, but everything was a little dirty. Shower had obvious signs like scum and hair, showing it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. But everything else was lovely I just wish it was cleaner. Bed was comfy, amazing breakfast, and nice pool.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The room was very clean and spacious, stocked with everything I needed. There was also a small kitchen area in the studio room I was in. I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for a great stay!

Our reservation showed check out time to be 12 noon, and the posted sign in our room also stated noon. (I even took a picture and showed the front desk person?. However, the front desk informed us that it was 11am, not noon. They claimed the noon checkout was for Hilton honors members (doesn’t say that anywhere on sign) and to get people to sign up for their Hilton honors program… what in the world??? It mentions NOTHING about their program anywhere. She claimed checkout has always been 11 and that the door was wrong (which sounds absolutely ridiculous). Never staying there again. Half of their breakfast items were also out and the attendant did apologize and said they didn’t leave her much to stock the breakfast area with. I’m so disappointed we paid almost $200 for this ridiculous property.

We checked in late and the night shift desk person was very good: Friendly, efficient, very welcoming. Our room could have been great except the carpet under the A/C was wet and the whole room smelled overpoweringly bad, like a locker room cross between mildew and stinky feet. Because we arrived close to midnight, we did not seek a new room; had we, I’m sure the staff would have provided an alternative room. So, great personnel, convenient location if you need to travel through Lubbock, complimentary breakfast options, free parking, and decent price, but we would have appreciated better air quality for our one night stay.

I have stayed at several Home2 locations. This was the first one that did not have fresh/cool water in the lobby upon arrival. Breakfast was supposed to be served at 7am and it was after 7:30 before it was ready. The staff was extremely friendly - other than the 2 issues mentioned above, everything else was good.

breakfast, very good. my only suggestion would be to check the a/c during the night it would get warm as if rhe unit was overloading, then after awhile it would cool.

Ask for connecting rooms and or rooms on same floor. Arrived and they have us on different floors. The bathroom does not have a door for privacy. They have a shower curtain for a door. Breakfast was terrible. Will not ever stay at a home2 suite again.

The only thing I was upset about was the pool was closed/ the only reason I picked the hotel after a long drive. It would have not been safe to get back in the car to try and find another hotel with a pool after driving 600 miles

I picked this hotel because it seemed new. We arrived and there was trash throughout the property. The floors inside the entrance of the hotel were dirty.
I specifically requested the hotel staff at the front desk to give us a quiet room as we are light sleepers. She gave us the bottom floor, the room right next to the exit door. The room stunk and it was musty. It was not very clean. This is a dog friendly hotel, but it seems like dogs have been in every single hotel room and throughout the hotel room. it is a dirty hotel. I absolutely would not recommend staying here.
