Nice, clean and staff was friendly

The kids had so much fun in the pool and me and the Mrs enjoyed having a little privacy for once as we normally don't get to with the kids it was a very enjoyable mini vacation. Was given a nice discount on the three bedroom apartment and I would highly recommend it for any couples traveling with their family it is a wonderful experience especially the pool and the restaurant is really good also.

Had a great time with my family of 5 in a 3 bedroom. Security people helped us alot with grab. I would def visit again.

This is the second time we stayed at Sherwood Residence. Same as the first time, the staff was courteous and accomodating. I'm impressed by the quality of service that they provide. The hotel is conveniently located in a walking distance to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. There was always something for us to do during our two-week vacation in Saigon.

It was a great stay for all of us. Very spacious, cleaned and luxurious.

This hotel is in a walking distance to many attractions in the downtown area. There's also a shuttle bus that can drop you off at certain places during business hours if you don't feel like walking. Also, the staff were courteous and accomodating which made our stay more pleasant.

My family and I stayed here for a couple weeks this summer. We've always enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's a great place for families with young children. The hotel room is incredibly spacious with a kitchen and washer/dryer. They have many activities for children. They have two outdoor pools (one kiddie pool and one larger pool that's partially shaded). There's a room for younger children with a small ball pit, slide, and foam blocks. During our stay, two members of my family had birthdays. On both days, birthday cake was delivered to our room. Those were very nice surprises that made my family members feel happy on their special days. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. While we were at the hotel restaurant, the waitstaff noticed my mom trying to get coconut meat out of the coconut. She kindly told my mom that she can take all the coconut meat out for my mom. She came back with a cup full of coconut meat. I forgot to write down her name, but she definitely deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Ven was also amazing! He always greeted my kids by their first names every time he saw them. The housekeeping staff, especially Mai, Thao, and Vang (I'm not sure if I spelled her name right) were also very friendly. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Vietnam.

We arrived late and lost a day of our 2 day stay. We checked in at the counter as usual. The room was hot & the split HVAC units slowly kicking in. No central HVAC available & the hallway was steamy hot. On the next day, we checked out in the early morning & were told to wait for house cleaning to check the room. We were told of a missing bath towel which we has no idea how many were in the room at check in. Of course, to move on with our trip, the credit card was charged a high amount for an old towel despite our appeal to the shift manager that no specific count of items at check in. So, be warned!

Great place and close to supermarked. The bed was a bit hard for my back but very good service.

Hotel within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and the main sights - Saigon center. Love that place.

Clean, comfortable, but a little bit old

Good stay

Very nice and spacious flat. Everything very clean. Beautiful pool and nice play room for young kids (my toddler loved it!) The beds were a bit firm for my taste but still comfy. Short walk from attractions such as the war museum.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent.

This is a great choice for a large family! We rented a three bedroom suite and everyone was happy. This location is close to the action but far enough away not to hear it! I shall return!

Room 12 E the air con is very noisy , no hot water even though we turned on the switch for hot water.

Will chose to stay at Sherwood Residence again ❤️
