The breakfast service was very good. The pool and spa are very clean and well maintained. They are well designed and attractive. Staff was very professional, knowledgeable and the front desk is bilingual. The internet service is spotty and frustrating. Overall, a very good place to stay.

We only spent one night there but the location is great, in front of the Brady House and close to everything downtown. The breakfast that was included was great too, Chilaquiles, fruit, fruit juice and coffee! A very nice stay in Cuernavaca

Great location easy access to the Cathedral and the market. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel but the pool looked cleaned. The front staff were very nice and took great care of us. We would highly recommend staying here.

A beautiful property in the centre of town with a swimming pool and a gorgeous garden.

Got injured with the shower rod falling on my back while showering. Not able to have coffee as I wake up or go to bed or for company. Light from outside comes In into the room through door crevices. Had a lizard small one visit me while in bed. No bar, meals only till 2 pm. Staff very courteous.

At the restaurant the food was very good, but the waitress brought us, some bread we did not ask for, I did ask for the price and it was extra from the breakfast that we order, I think people may enjoy it, thinking that the price is included, but is not, not a good practice, to do that.

Depending on your needs, this may or may not be a good hotel. We needed a place close to the cathedral and close to the bus terminal to Mexico City and just for one night. Safe and clean go without saying. It met those needs. The amenities were of little relevance, although it has a nice pool and a dining area around it. They only serve breakfast but, that was all we needed. For some, this may be an issue. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. Being in the center of town means it is an old building which has been upgraded over the years but with obvious limitations. The rooms DO HAVE AC which was a must during our brief stay. Not a resort, but a good value and it met our needs.

Dark and locked when we arrived. Google maps said it was permamently closed. It was open but dark hallways. Beautiful courtyard but has seen better days

La atención en el hotel es buena, sin embargo los cuartos no están insonorizados y se escucha todo lo que se dice en la recepción lo cual es muy molesto. La forma en que te entregan los controles remotos de los aparatos es algo que no esperaba y tampoco que lo tengas que regresar tú mismo al hacer el check out...

No habia restaurante, y si querias estar en la alberca solo podias pedir cerveza. Nada de cocteleria. No podias pedir ni botana, ni nada. Las camas, de lo mas incómodas, y se movian como locas con las rueditas. El baño sucio y el agua fría. Todavia de la estancia, te cobran el estacionamiento. Jamás volvería

Conveniently located close to the cathedral and across the street from Pullman bus company that can take you to Mexico City. Nice patio and swimming pool. My only complaint was the noise the air conditioning unit was making all night, the second night we moved to a bigger room and had a good night sleep! Breakfast was good and not expensive. Will definitely stay here next time I visit Cuernanvaca!

I loved, loved, loved this hotel and will dstay again if I return to Cuernavaca. My room was spacious and screamed old Mexico. The staff is friendly and helpful. Eating breakfast every morning next to the pool was perfection.

Casa Colonial is a unique kind of property, not for everyone. If you like a property with tons of character, with a beauty of a bygone era this hotel is perfect. The room where I stayed was very spacious, and felt more like a casita than a hotel room. Plenty of hot water, and nice bathroom amenities. I can’t think of staying anywhere else when in Cuernavaca.

This is a 200 years hotel hacienda, in a location with a vast amount of restaurants, banks, bus station, the cathedral, very nice museums and parks, you cant miss to visit the park close to the cathedral that includes a museum which is so worth it. Very close you will find the Cortes palace and the very well known Casa Hidalgo restaurant that has a very nice view and all the food is amazing and well priced. The place including the pool area is clean, the interior of the rooms can be improved but in general the place is ok and very well located. I would stay again.
