Excellent service, in my opinion the rooms need some cabinets to put the cloths

The property was great overall, the bathrooms can be cleaned better, the walls were dirty, and there was a ring in the toilet and sink of hard water. The walls can be cleaned and the hard water can be removed with a pumice stone. The sheets were a bit old and worn and the towels although new needed to be washed a few more times before being used by guest as they left a lot of fuzz on your body. These are pretty simple improvements that I'm sure the hotel will do. The staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel is one of the most convenient locations in Antigua as it is in walking distance of almost everything you need. If they can clean up a little better in the rooms it is a perfect small hotel to stay at.

This hotel is small. 8 rooms total but its super cute and very conveniently located. I would stay here again. LOCATION: This hotel was in a small street thats about 5 minutes (walking) to el Parque Central. Its alway walking distance to the famous Arc, McDonald's, Starbucks and many other places to eat. You can also walk across the street and there is a little store like a mini mart with sodas, juices and snacks. Some other things as well like soap. These little stores are EVERYWHERE! They accept cards. ROOM: We got a room with a queen bed. Honestly to me it was perfect. It has the bathroom, safe, coffee pot, small tablebwith 2 chairs and plenty of outlets to use. PATIO: The patio is tiny. It has 2 small tables and each have 2 chairs. The trash cans are here as well so we gladly threw away our trash every morning to not leave a mess in the room. FRONT DESK: Elvis was great! Speaks english very well and of course spanish. He is bery helpful and when you check in he gives you a map and explains whats aeouns the area. He sends you a msg through WhatsApp so rhay if you need anything, you can send a message. Any time we asked for anything he brought it within minutes! Very professional. He always asked if we needed our room cleaned when we left for the day. LOBBY AREA: The lobby is small. Has some couches and a table with chairs. Also a tiny barbwith bar stools. They also have a few drinks you can buy. When you arrive knock on the door. Dont use the doorbell it doesn't work

Friendly staff, clean, modern & amazing location!

We had a great time staying at Casa Bella for 3 nights. The room was great and the location superb. The staff was very accommodating to our early check in and late check out requests. I highly recommend Casa Bella and would stay there on my next visit to Antigua.

We had a very nice 2 night stay at la Casa Bella, we were able to get the rest we needed before climbing Acatenango. Very friendly staff, very responsive aswell!

Casa Bella is amazing, a charming and lovely place to stay. The staff is nice and friendly. Breaksfast is well served in the room and the location is great, close to the Central Plaza and many restaurants, bars and more.

Good place, comfortable

Great place to stay for couples in the beautiful city of Antigua. Exceptionally great service, front desk would help us with any request. Everyone was so friendly and chill. One of my favorite stays in Guatemala. I will definitely be coming back.

I had a room with a hot tub and that was the best. This boutique isn’t luxury but it’s really good for the price. There are a lot of restaurants in walking distance which was the highlight of my trip. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel service is excellent but some of the rooms do not have any windows which I guess they can’t do anything about. Maybe some artwork on the wall would help. Also sounds transfers through the door pretty easily. Not sound proof

This property is a boutique hotel so it’s a lil small, staff is very friendly and attend to your needs in a timely manner, I love that it is walking distance from a lot of the main attractions in Antigua

The property is very well located, close to best dining options in Antigua. All the staff very accommodating and charming.

The staff, especially Elvis the front desk concierge, are outstanding and extremely professional, helpful and provide wonderful service. It was a delight to stay at Casa Bella Hotel in Antigua and would recommend it to anyone …it’s location is perfect for site seeing and choice of great restaurants

Employees were awesome!

Hotel Casa Blanca was OK. The comments on the page were very good and, in some cases, even excellent, that's why we chose it. The location was great, the staff very efficient and nice, the beds were comfy, the internet speed was good, we had cable and Netflix, but the room needed some maintenance, we were given room #3. All walls in the room were dirty, even in the bathroom, there were cracks on the walls. But the thing that made it worst was the smell in the bathroom, which was there all the time. The room and bathroom had no windows so when you turned on the light in the bathroom an air extractor was turned on and the smell got even worse. If you closed the door of the bathroom when you came in the smell was very strong and if you left it open, the smell would come into the room and all the room would smell, it was very uncomfortable. The idea of the hotel is great, good location, modern rooms, even breakfast was offered, but the state of the room and the smell of the bathroom doesn't make want to come back.

Great customer service, Elvis was very helpful and responsive. Rooms are nice and comfortable with AC/Heat included. Location is great.

The staff was very accomodating. They were very proactive in making sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay, both in the hotel, and in the area generally. This went a long way in making us feel more comfortable.

Casa Bella was just as pictured, and enhanced by its kind and helpful staff. Elvis was exceptional when checking us in and answering questions, and even offered us a late breakfast after our transportation was delayed. Fernando was just as awesome at check out. Breakfast was freshly made, property is clean, and location is unbeatable. My only suggestion is to add a full length mirror in the room, the single bathroom mirror wasn’t enough for two ladies. Overall I highly recommend!
