Located in a very convenient place the first square of the city. The building is clean but very old with lots of areas of improvement. The staff on the front desk was far from being nice but effective. The water of the pool is very cold. The balcony and the views were nice.

We have stayed in Tequisquiapan many times and Love the Cantina Bar inside so decided to stay at The Plaza Hotel which housed it. Room is spacious and staff was great. Beds were a little stiff, but I enjoy a softer one in general. Had a few issues with the heat being we went in January, but plenty of blankets. Maybe stay away from room 16 only because it is next to a utility closet and sometimes staff congre

I couldn't shower properly the hot water wasn't working and I needed to call the staff. They tried to fix it but when showering I would get super hot water or cold water you could set the water to a nice temperature. :(

Right on the main square, this hotel has both a restaurant and bar.. plus parking. The only negative was no coffee maker or refrigerator in the room…which would have been nice since there are many wineries and cheese stores nearby. The service is quite good at the main desk. There is a nice pool for guests as well.

The hotel doesnt accept master or visa cards, so have cash for paying at checking in. Overall good service and nice rooms.

Lovely hotel, very centrally located on the pedestrian plaza. Free parking is excellent. We arrived after dark so it was a bit more complicated to find the way to the parking through small streets, but it all worked out great. Gracias!

The front desk didn’t inform about the procedures in the hotel. The location of the room was so inconvenient as there is The street market outside and extremely noisy, making it impossible to rest. The shower was very old and broken. The only good thing about this hotel is the good location .

Location of the hotel was great since it is right at the center of the city. The church is just beside the hotel and it could be a bit unpleasant to hear the bells at 6 am, but the hotel provided earplugs that were helpful. Accommodation had the basic amenities but the room seemed dated.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Pros are location. Within walking distance to city center. Also enjoyed the smaller hotel, feel. Cons would be parking is tight and can be challenging with larger vehicles. Also, the entrance to the Avenue leading to the parking lot is also challenging but definitely worth it if you are looking for a small, colonial, old world feel.

Great stay. Perfect location although church bells are noisy throughout the night. However, the room comes with ear plugs to reduce the noise. Cosy and very family friendly place. My kids loved the pool.

This hotel is on the edge of the main square here in Tequisquiapan. The staff go out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Even to the point that when my wife was under the weather the chef made her meals that were not even on their menu. This place really gives the true experience of the Mexican people who are honest, always courteous, and always willing to help. The biggest thing to remember is that you are not in North America and not being in a rush is the main goal.

excellent location, the hotel is good in general, restaurants have an assorted menu and food is good. Unfortunately there was a big problem: there was not running water for the night and morning!!!
