The hotel allowed us to drop our bags off early, they stored them in a locked storeroom. The staff was friendly and offered directions to sights we wanted to see. At the time of checkin a staff member carried our bags up to our beautiful room. This hotel is gorgeous! The room was perfect! The bed was more comfortable than my own at home! If I am ever back in this part of the world I will stay here! I highly recommend the luxury hotel in Getsemani Colombia it measures up to its name!

great location in an up-n-coming part of Getsemani (new development on street), close to La Habana Cafe and great dining. Small courtyard for breakfast, always tasty. reasonable rates -- friendly staff.

It was a decent time. I dont like that they onky serve breakfast from 7 am till 9am. Also there was a roach in my room and they didn't do anything about it

Central location to the Walled City's entrance (2 block walk), quiet but only 2 min walk from all the activity and night life.

Staff was really nice. I would not consider this a luxury hotel. A bit on the old side. Bathroom was small. Shower had a small basket hanging with strings from the ceiling to place shampoo and bath items. I wish I could post a picture. On the plus side A/C was really cold and close to the Clock tower/Wall city

Recommend the hotel. The room stayed at the A/C was not working but they moved me after I explained to them. I would recommend the management to pre check the rooms before booking it. Everything else was good including the great staff!

The staff was really nice and accommodating. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Great location, all the restaurants were walking distance from the hotel. Really nice overall!

The area was great to stay in - very close walk to all the big restaurants, bars, museums, etc. The breakfast was pretty good. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful for the most part. Cons: shower didn't get hot during our entire stay & the hot tub was not hot.

it is close(15 mins max walking) to almost every important landmark in Cartagena and best restaurants. the staff was awesome.
Only thing that was concerning and weird was the shower in the room, it was all made in wobbly glass walls which felt like could break with anything and there was also a hair bush stuck in the lower hinge of the shower door when we arrived.

Great location, although my room was on an outer side and hammering began at 7am on Monday morning. Incredibly comfortable beds. Bathroom was quite clean but not very clean.. Pool was a great addition, but pool towel never arrived when requested. My main light and fan was broken and the aircon would not turn off (which wasn't so much of a problem in the heat). I'd recommend it, but a few fixes were needed.

The location is great. However, the rooms are much smaller then shown on their website. Cannot ooen a carry on in the 2 person bedroom.

This is a really old property that has been beautifully restored. Extra glazing makes it quiet even though it is in a busy part of town. The breakfasts were very good with lots of choice. The pool on the roof was "different" and I spent a lot of time there. There is a coffee and snack shop within the building.
You can walk nearly everywhere, to the castle, the old town etc. all within a few minutes. And a few minutes in a taxi has you at the beaches.

A colonial type infrastructure located nearby monuments of amazing historic value, restaurants, souvenir shops, convenience stores and else. The staff is fantastic and the breakfast is out of this world.

Good hotel. Breakfast is nice. The small dining/breakfast court is elegant. Rooms and their furniture is a little old but could be seen as charming. My room was on the first floor and without the shades, every passer could see through my window. Also, you have to pay 150,000 COP to bring a guest to your room and they need ID.

It was quiet, the breakfast was generous and included local foods, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioning in our room was so cold that we had to wear our down vests when we we out of bed. And the lighting in our room was indirect and inadequate.

Everyone at the hotel was great. The breakfast every morning was very very good. Everything we needed was close by in walking distance and if if uber was needed it was around 10000-12000 COP<2-3USD> Great restaurants and street food in the immediate vicinity. I would stay here again.

This is a great place to stay. It’s upscale, but feels authentically Colombia, without a high price tag. The free breakfast is also a nice bonus! The bathrooms and showers were very clean. The tv had issues but the staff were very attentive in helping to fix it.

Not a 4 star hotel by any means. Lacked basic stuff in the room like a trash can. Rooms feel claustrophobic.The toiletries were hung from the ceiling in the shower. Don’t let the word ‘luxury’ in the name mislead you. Breakfast was good.

Aesthetically the hotel was nice enough but it’s definitely not a luxury hotel. The safe was very small and did not function. The tv provided sound but no picture. Yes, we were on vacation but we like to wind down at the end of the day watching tv. The hotel is located on a very noisy intersection. We could hear everything from the street below all night long. Also, the mattress was very hard. Thankfully the pillows and blanket were plush and comfortable. I wish I could be more positive but it’s not a hotel I would stay in again.
