The location is very good and the apartment is clean and well maintained. We contacted the agent to change the reservation before the deadline because our flight was cancelled, however we were charged. The cancellation policy was not respected.

The property was located in a great location. We were late for check-in; however, everything worked out just fine. The only comments I have to make is that we didn't have the WIFI information in our apartment. It was left in the corridor which we were not informed about. This occurred because they were transitioning to a new wifi provider. My only other comment is that the pillows are terrible and should be replaced. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommended staying here though. I would come back.

A fabulous place to stay for a city break in Porto. Right next to all the shops, historic spots, food and coffee shops. Clean and nicely kept apartment in a secure building. Very friendly and helpful office staff right next door too. We loved it and would highly recommend.

Location was the best

You can see a photograph of a lovely room in their ad, but ours wasn't it. We were put in the back, on the ground floor, beside a sad little yard. We had NO WINDOWS that we could see out of, only a frosted glass door and a tiny high-up frosted porthole window! Most problematically, we were depending upon internet for our jobs and IT DIDN'T WORK! They claimed to be surprised and said they'd turn it off and on again, defensively claimed they'd never had this problem before, but nothing was fixed, they didn't inquire or try to make it right, and seemed irritated that we were having a problem. They also directed us to a restaurant that was permanently closed, and said we needn't make reservations for dinner at area restaurants (we went from place to place and couldn't find any good place that had space. All of them said you needed a reservation). But the internet was a killer. I ended up forking over extra to pay for Vodaphone on my home plan, which didn't seem to work well in that space either. We will never stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. We parked the car and were able to walk and explore. I highly recommend, it was clean and perfect for a family of 4.

Overall the experience was great. The place was very central, you can pretty much walk everywhere. Very easy and friendly communication with the hotel staff, check in and check out were easy, and we were able to store our luggage on the last day. Property was very clean and modern. There is quite a lot of traffic in the area, but once the windows are closed, that is not an issue. You have a fully equipped kitchen so you can easily cook, have a coffee etc. It would be nice if the hotel made basic cooking supplies available such as salt, pepper and oil.

Amazing amazing experience staying at Insitu!!! Our check in was a bit later than we were told but despite check in issue, room was amazing compared to other rooms at this rate in Europe, it was super clean, front desk was friendly and we could leave out luggage there until check in time. Beautiful room with kitchen , very close to bolhao market and catalina street. Just 20min walk to the riverside and luis bridge. Would stay here again when I go back to Porto
