The property location was superb for views, very quiet. The owner  panikos was extremely helpful when our taxi couldn’t find the property and we got him out of bed at 1:30 am to come and take us there. The property could definitely do with better signage/lighting on the signage from the top of the road for people not familiar with the area. Panikos came every day and cleaned the pool, although we were unable to use it as it only has steps in the deep end and neither of us are strong swimmers and I am physically restricted so that was a real shame. Panikos also allowed us a late departure as we had an evening flight which was very generous of him. The size of the villas are perfect, they’re not too big and could have a really homely feel about them. 

I guess because it’s early in the season when we entered the property, it had a very distinct disgusting smell which unfortunately lingered the whole time we were there.  the furniture was old and filthy dirty. Although a new duvet cover had been put over the sofa to try to disguise this. The appliances were yellow with age eg microwave/washing machine etc. The mattresses on the bed was so thin, you may as well have slept on the boards that it sat on, there was no mattress cover. The linen was so thin, you could see through to the mattress. The towels were white but with yellow stains through them. there is a disgusting filthy bacteria infected toilet brush just behind the toilet but in full view. Showerhead had no power whatsoever and a simple D-scale may sort that out or replacement would be good.  Behind the pedestal of the sink was filthy and generally grubby all the way through the property. Some of the Oleander in the garden and the olive tree/carob tree could do with cutting back. Potentially these are very lovely properties that a little investment would make such a difference to them, if you’re going to have shower curtains, I genuinely feel they are cheap enough to replace every change over between visitors. we opted not to have the cleaner in while we were there as we had cleaned the best we could to make it habitable for the week to our standard, but these are I would say issues that will resurface time and time again, if people are honest, otherwise, I doubt there will be very much repeat trade, which is such a shame. I hope that Panikos will take these comments on board. They are not meant to be insulting but hopefully help him grow his business in the future. Thank you panikos for coming out in the early hours of the Friday morning and managing a smile after we had got you out of your bed! You really are a lovely man, and none of the above is meant to be insulting but hopefully we will see it in a positive way.

Great house with nice pool. Very well equipped.

It was not entirely clear that the beach is about 15 minutes by car, so if you do not have a car and want to have a beach nearby, then this is not the place for you. It is about 15 minutes walk to the city. Cleaning could be improved, the glass door to the terrace was very dirty, we found a dirty towel and in one of the upper bedrooms the bed creaks terribly

Villa in quiet place with wondeful view on the sea. The swimming pool was clean, in quite good size, deep enougth to swim. In each bedroom AC. Panikos was very helpfull and nice. Recommended Panicos Villas!
