Great view over the harbour. Public car park right next to the property as the hotel offers no parking.

The towels have turned grey and smell. All tables for breakfast were occupied and the staff were too busy to help us finding a table.

Breakfast is very bad. I know I should not expect much for buffet style of breakfast, but even hard boiled egg are disgusting. Only cereal and milk are normal standard, not delicious at all.

Location. Close to water and pier art works are very interesting.

Very crowded with lots of tour bus customers and group meetings . Noisy .dirty looking carpet in room.

The room is spacious and nice. Love the buffet breakfast !

Lack of amenities , no fitness center or swimming pool.

Best Location, there is light rail station just few steps to reach, the hotel is on the bank of marina (or whatever). The art center just across the street, you can take a walk/ hang out in evening before. I love location most.

The location of this hotel was fantastic-right across from the Pier 2 Art District and about a 15 minute walk from Yanchengpu 鹽埕埔 MRT.

The check-in staff weren’t the most friendly.

the first room was not clean so had to change rooms… I feel it is very run down and not represented accurately in the photos

Most service is very well including breakfast, employee attitude, room cleanness...etc.

No parking lot is not convenient.
