Decent stay but hotel needs updated

It was close to the Highway..

This was the dirtiest hotel stay that I have ever had. All mirrors had fingerprints all over them. Hair pins in drawers. Crumbs in other drawers. Dirt film on side of tub. Ice bucket has dried red sauce layered on bottom and inside. Bathroom door dirty with fingerprints. Carpet crumbs and debris. Next to bed behind and on side of bed side table crumbs paper/ so disgusting. Towel had hair imbedded in it. I took towel to front desk to get new towel. Reported filth to front desk who said he’d send someone up to clean room. Never happened. I do not recommend this hotel

Extra charges no light bulbs no amenities half hotel

We choose it because of its location with regard to our travel. Our mistake. When we entered the lobby to check-in, the first thing we saw was the bullet-proof glass that covered the receptionist area. The lobby smelled of weed. There was no air conditioning in the lobby or hallways, and given how hot it had been, there was a smell to the carpets. The rooms had individual AC that could be turned on after you entered the room. The dead bolt on our door was broken. The hour was late, so we reported it then stayed there with suitcases piled in front of the door. Whoever cleaned the rooms made the beds and hung fresh towels, but there were hairs on the toilet and in the bath-tub, so I doubt if they had been properly sanitized after the last occupant checked out. I do not recommend this hotel.

Rooms were dirty and stinky

Was a beautiful building with beautiful decoration was very clean you could smell the cleaning supplies they used only issue was the iron was scortched

Old, spooky looking building.Asked for towels...had to go to lobby, which may or mat not be manned, to get any service.

Extremely long hallways very far from an elevator. No breakfast. No grab bars in shower. Toilet seat was loose. Bathroom had 50-year-old fixtures. Room had only 2 lumpy pillows. No microwave or coffee maker. Only 1 tiny trashcan. Cable TV was only basic and many of the movie channels had no signal. Carpet had melted holes & scorch marks. Drapes couldn't be closed to keep out the light. Recliner was very uncomfortable. Hallway carpet smelled like mold & weed. Housekeeper who couldn't understand English would not give me a Do Not Disturb sign.

Room and bed condition was not good in terms of cleanliness and facilities. Bedsheet and room was smelling. AC was too noisy

There was no one at the desk to check in. Another guest had been waiting a long time. Finally we found a staff member and she found the person who was supposed to be at the desk. Huge cavernous hotel. It was quiet, maybe a little eerily so. Room was fine, normal.

I didn't receive my deposit back on card

I was not allowed extra pillows & had to ask for extra towels for a booking of 3 . Not vacuumed well, crumbs on the floor, dirty roll of toilet paper left in bathroom, shower curtain was dirty, didn’t bother to use shower. No stopper or plug in the sink, no hair dryer, no heat lamp & a dirty toilet.

3rd floor reeked of mildew and some other revolting smells. Lobby smelled like the worst locker room ever. I don’t know how this place is still open. It’s cheap for a reason but, I’ll sleep on the street next time.

I will never stay at Fairbridge again! This should not be a hotel ...but a motel. Not even a microwave in the room. The bed tore my thoracic spine to pieces. Woke up with the worse spasms. 1 trash can (and it was in the bathroom). No central air throughout the building. The room had AC... BUT IT WAS HOT THROUGHOUT THE HALLWAYS AND FRONT DESK AREA. HOTELS. COM SHOULD NOT REPRESENT THIS PLACE.

The place is rundown and very ugly. The halls smell terrible. There was also a wasps nest in our room which they quickly moved us to another room. But overall, I would never go there again

I was charged for a stay at this property but when my children and I arrived they had NO ELECTRICITY. I am subject to a refund because my children and I never occupied the paid room that was reserved for that night.

Fine hotel just a little outdated.

Very poor no the cleanest only thing really near it is an overpriced gas station now way to close the view from the window so every morning got woke up with the sun on my face and also being on the ground floor means anyone could just look in your room tv channels are very lacking and most the things they said they had on the website were not there

I would not recommend staying here nor will I be back. Our room was dirty. We had to ask someone to clean our shower again. We found garbage and junk under the bed and chair and somethings in our room were broken.

Towels were dirty, bed had bugs, no hairdryer

Room wasn’t ready when we checked in. When we got back to the room after is was ready a used bandage was in the floor. And there was a very obvious old blood stain on the pillow. The only positive thing I can say is the the front seat women is absolutely fantastic very helpful, friendly and understanding she’s absolutely wonderful. The entrance was alway hot and never hard of no guest restroom in the lobby. Would be a great place if it was renovated and kept clean.

No staff and very unclean

Was not like the photos. It was a dirty place to stay. Asked staff to clean the room left and came back to a dirty room. Bathroom was unclean. Smoke smell in the whole building. Night staff was terrible. People sit outside and smoke all around the building. Will not stay there again.

No towels in room sheets was filthy requested sheets to be changed they just gave them to me to do myself and I changed rooms the second day it was a little better paint stains on floor tub stained and the employees was rude unfortunately all other hotels nearby was booked i would've left the first night this was a horrible experience will never stay the and more than likely will not use Hoyels.com
