Could not watch the NFL game, there was no good channels. I could not air cast my phone to the tv to watch the game.

Very convenient to find and in safe area. Front desk girls were very unfriendly and hide behind the front desk. Had to wait for one to come out when leaving and when we did she had a mouth full of food and couldn’t talk. Very unprofessional!
Breakfast had good options and food was cold and hot. Coffee bar had great options too.
The customer service was the disappointment at this hotel.

Lots of noise from doors slamming due to worn out door closers. Lots of light coming in around the main entrance door. (No seals)

We could hear traffic noise all night from our room on the second floor facing the street. The bathroom was very small but clean. Hallway carpets were a little dirty. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good but the coffee was horrible!

The property was fine. The beds was comfortable. Everything was clean. I loved seeing staff around cleaning everything. The biggest thing that made my rating "average" is because the remodel was done half ***. The doors were primed but not painted. The door frame was the original color, with some rust showing. Things like that. Also, the breakfast was pretty bad. We ate there one morning and went out to breakfast after that.

First time staying in a LaQuinta hotel and will be staying in them more often so long as they are just as amazing as this location was. Everyone was freindly, kinda and helpful.

Great staff. There is traffic noise, so depending on the side of the building you are on it is loud. Noisy hallway activity late into the night.

Stayed in a King suite and used the fold up couch. Found that there was no blanket in the room for the bed, called the front desk and was told they would look for one. Never heard another word from them. Poor service! At least call to let us know one couldn’t be found…

It is a ok facility! Love we can bring our dogs. Didn't like being placed by the elevators, we could hear everyone coming and going even into the night. I am a super light sleeper.

We were disappointed in this hotel. It wasn’t that busy but we were put next to very noisy guests right into the night. Walls not sound proof , Plus the setup was poor. A setae type sofa in the back corner not near the TV and tv didn’t turn and a big empty floor space , pillows were flat , breakfast was ok but didn’t replace food perhaps because it wasn’t busy 5out of 10.

My stay was lovely. Clean, fresh, comfortable. I didn’t rate excellent only because my pillows were flat. Breakfast was plentiful and a nice selection to choose from. Eggs could have been kept warmer but the bacon was amazing😀

Our stay was mostly all good. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They were helpful providing us with our needs. The only thing that we thought might have helped be more comfortable was that we needed two chairs we could move around. Watching TV, playing games, and reading would have been easier with chairs and a table.

There is a big problem with booking through a third party and not directly from the hotel! Booked a room for 2 adults and 4 small kids, requested 2 cribs, confirmation was made but after paying at the front desk, found out the room given would not allow even one crib for fire hazard and the hotel refused to change the room or refund my money. Tried to call customer service which says 24 hours but could not reach anyone! It was a very difficult stay for everyone!

I initially wanted to book my stay with LaQuinta but was told that it was booked up. I checked with Hotels.com and found a room. When I got there to book in, the parking lot was only half full. Weird, but thanks to Hotels. The side door where I parked was out of order, (I’ve had similar experience there with the same thing), so entering was a little difficult after checking in,and only one ice machine was operating.

The staff was very helpful. Wish we were able to stream to the TV but there was a good selection of channels. The main lamp in our room was burnt out (I think) and they didn't have any maintenance staff o. Hand during the weekend but the other bed lamps were sufficient. Breakfast isn't served until 7am and that was too late for our appointments but overall I'd stay here again. Top marks for the staff and cleanliness.
