Nice Place. Clean and we felt secure.
The surrounding areas near the Hotel are very industrial so it looks a bit shady. But the Hotel property was very nice, I would stay there again.

It was a great stay, clean, good breakfast and service when needed.

Everything was quite pleasant. Breakfast and complimentary “social hour” with food was quite good.
Rooms large and kitchen well equipped.
Bed was rather small and the mattress was very soft. Could also have used some extra pillows/blankets.

We (4 friends) stayed a week and were very pleased with our room and the entire hotel. The breakfast was hot and varied. We were not aware of the three evening hot hord'oeuvres; which we enjoyed on Tuesday and Wednesday.

I stay in this hotel every year because it is the closest to Harrisburg Area Community College, which is the scene of the India Day celebrations. I've never had an issue with this hotel in the past and have always thoroughly enjoyed my stay, but there was a crowd of unruly kids also staying at that time. They ruined the pool time for me and they ran yelling and screaming down the halls as late as midnight. Again, not the hotel's fault except that rooms occupied by quiet adults were mixed with rooms for these misbehaved kids. Their parents/chaperons weren't or whoever was in charge of them cared not for other occupants of the hotel. To hotel staff: please try to book children on one floor and keep them there.

Hotel was very nice, but some staff where not pleasant. One staff at front desk was asleep during coverage at front desk. Room had a leak in the right side window that splash, so had to put a towel in the window. Called about it to the front desk, but noone never came until I saw a man in another room that was maintenence fixing same problem and I told him about the leak in my room. The only staff that assisted me via phone and at hotel was Ms. Maria Reyes.

The property was fine, the room very nice. however there was no maid service on Saturday or Sunday. We checked in close to 5:00 P.M. and I found out you had to request maid service prior to 5:00 P.M.
In addition I had made the reservation for the wrong two days. I had to pay an additional $161.00 as a penalty. I found that excessive since the hotel was far from fully occupied.

I’ve lost count on the number of times I’ve stayed here and absolutely love it here! The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is well prepared with a nice selection of breakfast foods. The rooms are nice, well maintained, has nice sized kitchen fully stocked with all the accessories to prepare meals. The beds are pretty comfortable. I’m always well pleased

From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by amazing staff.
The room was clean and just what we needed.
But breakfast - all I can say is Iris! Iris welcomed us into breakfast and made us feel we were having breakfast in her home! The effort she made to make sure everyone was enjoying their experience - the world needs more people like Iris!

Hotel was nice but they took $150 for “incidentals” and five days later still haven’t returned it. Could have just taken the card number, but, nooooooo they have to squat on $150 that I could have used for dinner or gas.

If you say you are “pet friendly”, you need to say that it’s at a HIGH DOLLAR CHARGE!! Not a damage deposit, a charge.
It cost the dog more to stay than the humans. Be upfront…c’mon! 😡

This hotel is tucked away and as a result, there was no seepage from outside noise. Appreciate that! The state capitol is about an 8 minute drive (not walkable). The check-in process was easy and the staff kind. In fact, the other hotel guests I bumped into were also very nice. It was like a whole vibe. I’d stay again.

I drove 9 hrs. I was put in a room surrounded by a youth soccer team that was loud in the hall until about 1030 pm when I opened my door and told them to be quite. Also I was near the elevator that I could hear every time someone used it.
I phoned the front desk but got an answering machine. Definitely not worth the $350 I paid.

Staff is lovely.. facility is clean. Breakfast great. Can’t give 5 stars as I stayed at this hotel because they have 4 EV chargers. Except the spots were blocked by gas powered cars.

The room we booked was not available the beds were so uncomfortable and the place smelled. Our bathroom door was off the hinges. The breakfast had moldy bagels and English muffins. It was a horrible experience

This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again, we were delighted by the level of service and the warm friendliness of the staff. Our room was very clean, contributing to a comfortable stay. The only hiccup, currently being addressed by the hotel, was a minor issue with the pool's filtration system. Some hair particles were observed floating at the surface. However, we appreciated that the hotel staff were aware of the problem and assured us that it would be promptly resolved. Overall, it was another enjoyable experience, and we look forward to returning in the future

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. There isn't much around in terms of dining options unless you drive a few miles into downtown. There is nothing walkable nearby.

This hotel met all my needs and more. Top notch staff, room cleanliness, and feeling of safety. For a female traveling alone safety was my #1 priority and I felt that here. I would give a #1 rating in all categories.
