Was down for a gig for the night. Good price for a place to rest our heads. Bed comfy. Staff helpful and friendly. Free parking brilliant, especially being relatively close to the town centre.

The room was basic, clean and possibly the best shower i have ever used. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Location was great as we were going to the OVO and was just a 20 min walk away

Great location with free parking. Not far to walk to city centre and OVO Hydro and many amenities in the area. Room is budget with no frills but ideal for putting you head down at the end of the night.

The hotel was easy to find with free parking in a great location for The Hydro it was super clean and comfortable and offered the correct amount of customer service

Affordable accommodation, limited breakfast options but that was fine by me. Pillows a bit hard for my liking but room was fine and clean.

Room was clean, compact and everything we needed.

Stay was ok but I left my phone charger so I went back for it the room had already been cleaned and the dishonest housekeeping staff said they never found the charger and the office staff did nothing about it either.

Good budget option for the event we were attending - walkable to the venue. Shame there's no free tea and coffee available anymore - that was a nice touch last time.

Property convenient for Ovo hydro and loads of free parking.

Good nights sleep in the basic hotel. Small, clean room with soft pillows and comfy bed. No tea/ coffee making. No hairdryer. No cups, so come prepared with bottled water and electricals. Powerful shower. Continental breakfast. Coffee available to buy.

For the money, not bad. The room is very small. Really no room for two people's luggage. No chair to sit on. No stand to open the luggage on. No clothes closet. Two beds, that's it. But it was clean, I'll give them that. Not even coffee or tea in the room. The beds, twins, although small were comfy. Breakfast is available to purchase and pretty good for the price and convenient. On site parking is a plus and free. Would I stay there again? For the price yes. I've done worse.

Its a budget hotel you get what you pay for.

No coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Reserved standard double room, room provided also had a bunk bed in above the bed which was annoying and easy to bang head on when watching tv as there was no chair to sit in to do this. Woke up on the second morning to no power in the hotel room at all, had to get ready in the dark as lights wouldn’t turn on. For the price I paid for this room (over £115 a night) I was very disappointed, I have paid a lot less for much better facilities. Only positive I can say is the free parking but it isn’t worth it for the hotel condition. I would absolutely not return to this hotel.

This was booked for my son when he was going to TRNSMT. We thought it would be reasonably close to the festival, and it wasnt too bad but he said the hotel was awful. The toilet and the shower were basically in an old cupboard and rhe beds were awful. He said they didnt feel safe in the area around the hotel - undesirables hanging around looking for their next hit by the looks of it - and so none of the boys ever went anywhere on their own. He definitely wouldnt stay here again.

It was very quiet, loved the fact there were so many restaurants and things to do within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable.

i have been coming to this hotel at this time this will be 4th year, this time on requiring just a cup of tea was charged £2 and cups were very small, previous years i coould have tea/coffee anytime at no cost, this hotel has gone down rapidly and will be my last stay here.

Basic and functional. Staff were helpful. Lots of free parking and dining options nearby. Easy access to motorways. Rooms could do with some additional features (like a kettle and power outlet closer to the bed). Corridors could do with a less depressing shade of paint. Overall, it's reasonable value.

continental breakfast plus baked beans! The thermostat in the room did not work, most of the time it was too hot and I opened window to let cooler air in.

Everything generally good, but the reception and room were quite hot - even considering the weather.

Perfect in every way except no coffee/tea making facilities in room and they have just recently closed the coffee/tea facilities at reception

Had a 3 person room, was very clean and good enough size. Shower was in the middle of room so a little awkward to navigate with 2 others. Checking in and out was really easy and staff was pleasant. Entry gate by the parking garage didnt feel the safest at night, but water side was good!

It was an ok stay.
