They're serving the sadest breakfast I've ever seen. Tasteless, without any love. A nightmare.

I liked everything except that the room was wxtremeky small. We were 3 and a dog and we could hardly move in the room. It was only one night stop in a longer car drive, so it was ok. But for a longer stay it would have been too inconvinient. But I can recommend it because it was very clean, personnel was very nice and the bed was very comfortable.

The lift was broken with the door to the lift half open downstairs. The coffee machine didn't work. The ceiling in the toilet in the room had a small hole, about 5×5cm big. The carpet had stains. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet.

Average hotel but sufficient enough for having a quick stay when travelling. Found long hair on the bed sheets though. Free car park monitored during the nigh as plus.

An acceptable stopover in the Ville Active commercial area . It is fair value but not customer friendly.
The gates are locked until 2pm so you can't even access the premises before check-in time. You then need the booking code to operate the terminal outside the gates to get an access code so I didn't find this to be a pleasant level of customer service. Insufficient parking spaces when the hotel is full.

Clean and convenient. Would have been nice to have two pillows and the WiFi did not reach into my room.

Stayed for one night. Bed was very comfortable, AC worked well, shower was good. No complimentary shower supplies, so make sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner etc. It was a little for from downtown, about a 30 minute walk. Would not recommend walking back late at night alone, the area doesn't seem super safe. Overall though the experience was good and it was a great deal for the price.

The staff at check in was very helpful getting me extra pillows and hot water for my tea. The helper at breakfast was very nice.

Everything was perfect . The only thing was that in the room There was only the curtain to close the window. If You like to sleep un the dark, You Will wake Up at 6.30 am !

Big room, good shower, big fluffy towels, good breakfast, easy to find. Restaurants nearby. Big drawback was the lousy wifi. Almost non existent in room and unreliable in public areas.

Well, we were just looking for a stay for one night on our way back from Spain to Germany. It was clean, comfortable and the reception was very nice. Check-in and Check-out were totally uncomplicated. The parking is surrounded by a fence. It is very close to the highway. So, if you just want to make a stop for a roadtrip it is perfect. If you want to visit the city of Nîmes, it is not your choice.
