Beautiful apartment. Very large. In good city centre location. Everything thought of. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, wine, tea and coffee. Everything you expect in a hotel. Host very friendly and helpful.

Good size apartment, comfortable beds and good location.

Water smelled and tasted strange, sort of like burned caramel. Owner said this was a known issue and the water was safe to drink. We drank bottled water during our stay.

Lovely home the wine was a nice touch very comfy beds.

The location of this place is truly awesome which is why we booked it. There's a washing machine which is really handy when you've been travelling for 4 weeks, an iron and an ironing board which is great! Free parking is always a bonus!

Would be nice to offer a hair dryer at the property because travellers from other countries often don't have a hair dryer with a British plug. I had to go and buy a new one to stay here. The sofa in the lounge isn't that comfortable. I think it's a bit old now and has lost it's spring. The showerhead in the ensuite seems to be broken as you cannot slide it up the pole anymore so it's very low for tall people. Some nice wine glasses wouldn't go unnoticed ;)

Location

Spare room was not made up and linen and towels were stored. Heating was not on a thermostat so took ages for the place to heat up. Overall the property looked tired and run down.

the location is amazing. They don't tell you in the info how good this place is - It's really lovely!!

It was a bit chilly, but the hosts were very quick to get back to me to show me how to turn the heating up!
