fine hotel for 1 night, but there was no bread left at the breakfast, very disappointing when you have to walk the whole day.

one night stay nice motel typical campanile , staff helpfull, d got there late ish 19.30 car park was quite full but found a space thanks to the receptionist

Average by campanile stds at best : made worse by sat nav sending us round and round new road network when travelling from south on A5

Not easy to find. Very basic, that is no bathrobes, etc. Room quite small for two persons.

It's a traditional, old-style Campanile, with all that means in terms of small rooms and economical prices, This one has been well modernised and is well-managed, the beds are quite comfortable, but still on the narrow side, the bathroom has a short bath and the room is quite cramped. It does have a good desk/working area, excellent wi-fi and a kettle. The hotel's best feature is its location, close to the centre of Reims as well as the Autoroutes. I have stayed here a number of times and expect to do so again - in spite of its limitations.

Arrived late but friendly staff helped.

We booked as a 3 person room - the 3rd bed was basically a camp bed that took up all of the floor space due to the room being so small. We were tired when we arrived after a long journey - we asked to get drinks at the restaurant / bar but were told we could only order drinks if we were having dinner! Breakfast was OK, a decent selection of continental options. Would probably not choose to stay again.

The staff were pleasant and accomodating food was wellprepared buffet breakfast all fresh. Price was ok

Needed somewhere to stay on a long drive home to the UK. Whereas this hotel isn't going to win any awards it was clean andc comfortable enough. Only problem was there are roadworks preventing your reaching the hotel via the easy route. We had to drive down a track to get there. Some alternative instructions would be useful .

A refurbished Campanile on an industrial estate, so you know what to expect. Very small room, but well laid-out; narrow but comfortable beds, quality mattresses and bedlinen. Good buffet breakfast. Should have free, in-room wi-fi, but this one didn't - it had broken down and no one had fixed it.

It was a little tricky to get to this hotel due to the road set up, however, when we got there the room was very clean and beds were comfy. The room was quite small, especially when using the 3rd pull out bed, but as it was only an overnight stop it wasn't a problem.

The (man) on reception/running the restaurant was really welcoming, jokey and friendly, after a 1100k drive it was really appreciated.the food good at the restaurant and the beds very comfortable. Only negative was a stale smell in the room(damp carpets?). We would use this hotel again, it was really good after a dreadful stay at another (different chain) motorway hotel earlier in our holiday.

Usual Campanile standard, basic but adequate. Used as an overnight stop from UK to Spain with dogs so suited our purpose. Coachload of visitors filled restaurant and coach took up a lot of car parking spaces.Very hard to find not helped by local road works. Please Campanile give more prominence to the Satnav coordinates.

Great campanile stayed as family For 1 night in reims very nice. More information would be good in reception on reims.

Friendly staff, ideal as an overnight stay going to south of France

This hotel was as expected for the amount you pay. Apart from the hotel restaurant there isn't anywhere else to eat within walking distance. I would stop here again.

Stayed for one night and was perfect for stopping off while traveling past on motorway. Did find it a bit difficult to find, could have done with a few more signs

This is a basic and cheap hotel which is clean and well worth the money.

Dirty. Bad food. Terrible service. drop it from Expedia.

As we could not get in touch with the reception to get towels and it was freezing on the outside to walk there, we use the sheets as towels.

I am a great fan of the Campanile chain and have used them for more years that I care to recall. However I sense that they are becomming a little tried and are begining to show a lack of investment, perhaps a victim of their own success? This particular hotel at Riems is looking more tired than most with everything from the outside structure to the bathrooms and paintwork. The sheets are clean but for how long have the blankets been there, and is it not time to move on to duvets? The staff were willing, hard working and very pleasant but again the food seems to be a poorer standard that times gone by. Go=ive this one a miss and look elsewhere.
