The apartment is nice and cozy is on a hillside down to the Mediterranean Sea, 150m from the beach. It's located at the ground floor of the Residence.
It's close to the bay of Villefranche-sur-mer and peninsula of Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat.
At your disposal there is a wonderful panoramic pool opened until 5th November; the sun loungers and parasols available. Solarium free on the top. From here is amazing the sea view and the Village of Villefranche !!! A snack bar open at hot season.

THE APARTMENT

The apartment 25,34 m2 composed of:
- a living room with two single sofa beds, TV;
- a kitchenette with dishwasher, 4 hotplates and microwave, oven, a kettle, a coffee maker( don't put in the dishwasher);
- a bathroom;
- a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe;
- balcony outside the living room with table and chairs;

At the disposal an iron and hair dryer.

In the common area are available washing machines, dryers and Wi-Fi.
Bedlinens and towels not included, but is possible have them with a little surcharge.

HOW TO MOVE

The apartment is very close to the baybeach of Villefranche-sur-mer (5 min. walking), and peninsula of Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat (20 min. amazing seafront walking).
A stop bus is available in front of Residence and is possible to get Monaco, Nice, and Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat.
The Principality of Monaco is 15 min.away by bus n.100 to the east direction.
Nice is 10 min. away by bus n.100 to the west direction.
Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat is 5 min. away by bus n. 15.
It is advisable visit Eze Village and Saint-Paule-de-Vence.
The railway can be rached in 10 min. walking or by bus.
