Booked for my elderly parents who are both cancer patients. Hotel is very close to Islamabad international airport, gave them time to have a little rest before flight back to U.K. My parents felt very comfortable and and relaxed, staff fulfilled their needs and did look after them well. Thank you.

Location close to Airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean. Very fairly priced

Toothpaste and toothbrush were missing, The shower towel was not provided. Iron was not there in the room.

No Warm Water in Winter and No Light in Wash Room

Reasonable price for a night location close to the airport..hardly 10 mins drive Availability of basic facilities including Wifi, parking, blankets, inverter, breakfast and hot water during winters

a bit of improvement on the breakfast.. the paratha was not hot enough..and the omelet was regular..otherwise it was reasonable considering its price..200 rs

a) The staff is hospitable and cooperative. b) The place is closer to the airport.

a) The rooms are chilly at night. Though we turned on the inverter, yet it was chilly. b) Staff is not trained and forget the orders. - At night, I asked the service boy for tea. He forgot it. I went again to ask the night manager. The service boy then brought the tea. - I asked for a breakfast to be brought to room at 5:30, only if it is not difficult for them to do in the morning. They forgot. At 6:45, the night manager came to ask me if the breakfast should be made. Lucky for them that my flight was 4 hours late, so I asked them to bring it ASAP. Even then, the breakfast was given at 8 am.
