Beds in bedrooms were comfortable and linen clean

We were given wrong entry code for main door and had to wait 90mins for a response from owner/agency. Apartment wasnt equipped for 6 guests (hardly any cutlery; had to take turns to eat breakfast) and despite a message to owner this wasnt rectified during our stay of 3 days. Coffee machine missing, washer/drier didnt work (had a dirty towel in from previous guests), dodgy electric set up for oven/hob/fridge-freezer; you have to unplug fridge-freezer to use oven and hob was badly chipped and cracked, so didnt risk using it. No information given regarding rubbish disposal, nor any safety info about fire escapes or any extiguisher present. Cleanliness was shocking (mainly front windows; thick, fly filled cobwebs) And if you are lucky enough to be sleeping on the very uncomfortable sofa-bed..... the curtains dont pass the brackets on the rail to shut. Would of been nice to have some washing liquid, generic cleaning spray and some bin liners.

The noise from the back of the apartment where the bedrooms were located meant it was difficult to get to sleep. This maybe down to it being a Saturday night and a very warm evening meaning more people were sat out late into the early morning.

Location was perfect, lovely sea view while sat at table having morning tea, really well decorated with a homely feel

there was no tv arial a chair collapsed on my partner and she was injured due to this
