Excellent location, small close adjacent to a dual carriageway but the house was sound proofed so very little noise for the front master bedroom. Wonderful set up, ideal for everyone to have their own space. Great living space at the rear of the property, felt secluded. Dog was very much welcomed at no extra charge. Would definitely use again, ideal for visits in Southport and Liverpool.

Having used many places this year they could have had better tea, coffee, sugar facilities, plus a tea towel, other than this small detail everything was perfect

The layout of the property was excellent and it was very well appointed throughout. Jess was great to deal with and very responsive with any questions. Would have no hesitation booking again.

Smartly designed. Plenty of natural light. Located in a quite residential location and not far from Formby beach via car.
