Opalyn took care of us - great communication. Super close to Mines View park and Good Shepherd convent. Will stay there again.

It was a nice place specially for 9 people in total. The place was clean. Doesn't need an air conditioning coz the area is nice and cold, but not too cold. Was a walking distance to Mines view w/c is one of the attractions in Baguio. Would recommend to others. The owners nephew was helpful and informative.

Beautiful, clean, lots of room, staff and security guards very attentive. Units very clean, kitchen complete with amenities. No toiletries provided except toilet paper.

First of, I prefer to stay at this place when i get the chance to go back to Baguio, why get a hotel when you have this cozy space. Feels like home, after a long & tiring day. A quiet place & had a scenic view in the balcony (2), specially in the morning.
This is a great place to stay & away from traffic nor noise/chaos of the city, the location is PERFECT!
It’s just infront of the Good Shepherd, walking distance to Mines View Park & can shop around for pasalubong😊. It’s very close to Botanical garden/Mansion House/Wright Park/Pacdal/Laperal etc.
In addition, Alvin was so kind & accommodating, Zeny as well was very nice & all the staff in general which is more amazing!
There’s towel/blankets & pillow for everyone, just bring your toiletries. The kitchen had complete stuff to use, you can cook. I suggests to bring your own small coffee brewer if preferred brewed otherwise use the kettle for instant coffee. Oh yeah, there’s a cafe in the building called Ritz Cafe.

Enjoyed our stay. Alvin and everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable of the tourist spot. The suite is very clean and accommodated our family. We will definitely be back if we are ever in Baguio again.

Stayed for 2 nights as a party of 4 adults in the 2 BR apartment. Details say it can sleep 6 but that can be misleading. For a young family, yes, but with all adults that would be quite a stretch as the space is not as big as it looks on the photos provided. Since there were only 4 of us, we had a comfortable stay. The best part about Prestige/ Suntrust 88 is its location; a stone's throw away from Good Shepherd and Mine's View. They also had a decent cafe located within the premises (Ritz Cafe) if you need a quick meal. Another positive is the staff. I would give them excellent marks for being friendly, attentive and helpful. There are a few things the place could improve on but overall we were happy and next time I'm in Baguio I will definitely stay here.

Property is spacious and well-equipped. Alvin and his staff are prompt and helpful. This our favorite place to stay in Baguio because of its close proximity to everything.

Overall, the property is well kept. Host and cousin are nice and gave us a good welcome. We only stayed at the units to sleep and left early at 630am. Will stay longer next time.

The host was really welcoming when we came in, and the hotel felt really comfortable. It kind of reminded me of a nice home-like apartment, and it was really well kept. The only thing that kind of put our family off was the bathroom, It was clean, but the water in the shower had an issue of flooding out into the bathroom (the main bathroom). Otherwise, our stay was really nice.
Also, for my family (we had a large group with us) the room was really nice because there were a lot of places to sleep (couch, bunk beds, master bedroom). If we come back to Baguio again, I will most likely return to this hotel! Also I highly recommend this hotel for anybody, especially families or larger groups.

Alvin was our host for one of the units at this property. He was very responsive and attentive. The unit was very clean and tidy. We were a party of 9 and 1 child. There was a great view of the city as well. I recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at Prestige Vacation Apartments. Alvin, Opalyn, and their team were very professional, kind, and helpful. The place itself was clean, organized, and modern. The location was great — far away from the hustle and bustle but close enough with a short drive (pending traffic of course). They provided a good amount of amenities and were very communicative and answered all my questions timely.
This will now be my go-to place when visiting Baguio. Thank you!

The bathrooms were dinghy. Towels smell even when new. The couch smelled of wet rags and had a big red stain. Couldn’t tell if it was a blood stain or wine. We covered it up the entire sofa with towels to cover up the smell a bit. We told Alvin, the property manager to take care of it. Said that Lysol would work. We did not want chemicals sprayed while we were there. They put a sofa a cover which still of course didn’t help. At check out we were told that they didn’t have enough time to clean the Lipton tea stain. I’m wondering why did they not take care of it and have the next guests deal with a dirty and smelly couch. The owner just needs to buy a new couch and new plush towels that don’t look and feel like rags and have the quality of paper towels.

The property is a condo-style or aparthotel (of Europe), a year or so old. The lobby is simple, but the concierge was kind and helpful. The unit itself is a 3-bedroom, 2 full bathrooms with a full kitchen access, dedicated dining area plus living room. There is 2 balconies, which lets in the breeze and light. It's good for friends or large families traveling.
The downside is not having simple amenities like soap for hand washing and noise (multiple dogs barking all night).

Staff are ok Alvin the property mngr is good & easy to reach. The only thing I don’t like is the shower room it gets flooded while showering. Not enough toiletries the towels they provided has a lot of lints I guess they don’t put the towels in the dryer only hang outside to dry. Outside the balcony is under renovations too dust outside can’t leave the door open in the balcony because of the dust .over all my stay was ok.

Our family experience was memorable. The staff were friendly from the very start. John C. was our host and he was very helpful during our entire stay. He’s very welcoming and pleasant. We will surely come back!

The location was perfect for Minesview park. Less than a 5 min walk. The cafe attached to it was delicious. We booked a two bedroom for a family of 4. The rooms and bathroom were clean. There was enough towels for everyone. Overall good stay experience.

The place is modern, clean and safe. It is conveniently located near walking distance to Good Sheperd Convent and Mines View. The host, Alvin, was very warm and accomodating. This place is highly recommended.

Excellent location, few steps to Mines View Park. Lots of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. Good Shepherds Convent where you can buy the most delicious ube jam is located in front of the apartment. Would try again in our future visits to Baguio.
